Yeah, there are even videos where the MR was removed and what was left was their pure voices and also you can hear them breathe especially JK when he was singing that high tone or falsetto or whatever they call it (I'm not a music expert so I don't know the name).

6:35 a twitter that I saw made me notice the formation of JK's vocal solo entrance. It is in order of age: from the oldest to the youngest in the group.

According to Jimmy they recorded like 3-4times and when he hugged Tae he felt his heartbeat from his back! I'm soft, we always know how hardworking they are and it makes my heart full for their love not just for us but especially for music.
Basically it’s their comeback performance and their first time performing it on tv. Originally their comeback stage performance is on a Korea tv show back home but of course they are still going to do another comeback performance back home
I think because it’s such a huge building and sound bounces off the walls, you can barely hear their voices which is causing them to work harder by having to yell through the MICs over the instruments so you’re able to hear their voices but you can definitely hear its live with difference between their voices especially during their solo parts but there’s always has to some who say they only hear the back track since it’s louder than BTS voices.
Mickey Jean the show editors must have edited the echo and put more studio track over it.. otherwise the audio would not be crisp enough. i am sure bts sang this live, but it's difficult to tell if u don't know what to look for. in any case great performance
Venus that is what upsets me, you can really only tell it’s live if you listen to it with headphones!
Microphones recorded on a prerecorded show negate the echo in the building. It’s just a bad mix by the audio producer of the show.

BeautflDisaster4 what are you talking about. they cannot negate the echo in a hall like that (a.k.a. physics lol) which is why they edited audio afterwards.
That was the same band and dancers. The girl in the middle in the beginning is the one who choreographed it and a couple of their other songs Dionysus and Chicken Noodle Soup as well.

Grand Central Terminal is the busiest train terminal in NYC. They are the only one get the terminal to perform. And they shut down the train line going to the terminal😊 ARMY here💜
To be fair, they filmed this in the middle of the night when the terminal was closed anyway.

It’s hard to get an approval in NYC even its closed in the middle of the night. A lot of movies are done with a lot of people around. This terminal is the busiest and when it’s close they need to clean.
The busiest terminals are the ones in Times Square

I live in NYC and I have been to the Grand Central Terminal.
You have no idea how ENORMOUS that station is and there’s always always ALWAYS floods of passengers coming in and out of that station.
I’m always sad that I’m never where BTS is whenever they visit or perform in New York but if you ever visit the station yourself, you’ll have ten times more respect for them because they simply DOMINATED this place.
And they’re so huge that they really shut down the station just for them to perform. It’s insane.
Y’all should react to the dance practice. They are the same band

As mentioned below, yes that is the same dance group called The Lab and had competed on World of Dance show. The woman in the center who also choreographed CNS and Dionysus is Sienna Lalau. She is only 19 years old.

When I heard Jungkook solo section is when it hit me that Bts was completely live! I mean I knew it but it didn't register until that moment. My goodness these guys are talented! This was perfect for the people saying that autotune was why Jungkook sounded so good. What is on Jungkook's voice in that part of the track is laying and reverb. I am so so proud of Bts. This was the same band and dance team that they had for the dance practice and MV.
Usually they have their own backup dancers that they always take with them but for some songs that have a dance team or teacher they might have them with them in the practice and MV but not while performing on stage, they will have their actual dancers at their concerts and stuff
The eye and neck tattoo was temporary, V said that he wanted to try something different that is why he asked if it is ok for him to have a temporary tattoo, when they gave him the ok signal, he went for it.

I'll never forget the time I was at a dance competition and I fell flat on my ass tap dancing. In those situations, you always gotta just get up and keep going which was what I did even though I was hella embarrassed. Not to mention it was a solo lol. I ended up still getting first place in tap category and a keep going award (or st like that). Me and my other dance members also trained heavily for our dances but mistakes do happen sometimes. I was actually kinda afraid when I realized the type of floor they're dancing on which looked really slippery especially in no grip gym shoes. V did ned up sliding a lil bit but thank god it wasn't enough for him to fall or get hurt. btw they are def. the same backup dancers and I'm pretty sure its the same band too.
Anyway, I loveddd this live performance it was really good and practically mirrored the mv. The dance practice is out so I cant wait to learn this!!
