Remember when armarouge came out and people were experimenting with zard and different supporters and now my guy gets top 18, thats crazy to think about
I've been trying so hard to make it work. I'm not wild about Arceus as an engine but I have to try this out
@@slotholopolis2314 I totally understand your concerns for Arceus, but it really is the glue to this deck and the consistency. If Arceus starts to become too much of a liability on the ladder adding a copy of Cheren’s Care could help.
Yeah Armarouge always was underrated
Seeing different archetypes thriving is always super fun to see. There's an espathra build that got used at EUIC as well to reach 26th, it'd be cool to see you cover that.
My favorite Arceus deck. I agree with you about Squawk. I think it may be better off as a copy of Skwovet. Also, I’m personally against 1-1 lines of Bibarel, I usually get burnt by one being prized and end up not getting it until it’s too late. Not sure if you could bolster to 2-2 in this list, or maybe drop them for another Mew and supporter card.
Yeah cutting squak for 4th research or something could be good not sure how much Julian used it
Just tested this deck out, AND IT IS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST. So many answers for different decks including future box and Charizard. Only weakness is pidgeot control and Snorlax and even that, there is an outplay chance.
This deck destroys control, as long as you’re smart with what you bench, everything in the active can always attack using armarouge’s ability
Control is fine actually just dont bench bibarel or squak
There is a supporter that can force you to bench a basic and puts ot on the active spot.
What’s the play against Zard???
@@pokemoncollector2676 first prize with charmander, second&third with rotom/lumi(at this point zard cant ohko arceus without a belt/band), fourth&fifth with pidgy with gouging and band, left with one prizer you can decide which to boss.
I like this deck without Arceus and with more Gouging Fires. If you have two Gouging Fires in play, you'll be getting 3 energy for free anyway with Magma Basin and Professor Sada's Vitality. Earthen Vessel helps you find those energies and get them in the discard for Basin/Vitality.
Julian's the goat fr, he held this deck down strong in Vancouver, glad to see he stuck with it

@@Raven450 it does 70 times the number of damage counters on it, not the damage itself (1 damage counter = 10 damage), so it is 13 damage counters, not 130

I know it's a bad deck but I do love how hilariously goof against Gengar ex this deck is with Armorouge and Rad Heatran. Also this does feel very strong against control. I'd love to see the matchup! (Haven't watched the video yet so I don't know if he plays one)

Anyway! I’m loving this deck the more I play it. I added 2 exp share instead of cap aroma, and added another arma ex. It’s doing pretty well, and I anticipate this deck getting a lot better if the meta is gonna shift towards Dialga after Indie

On the Lost Tina Matchup you could've just bossed the Iron Leaves and Used Delphox V to KO both it and the damaged Tina for 4 prize.

I'm curious to see what you could do for great tusk EX personally. He is so good in the games I'd like to see him work. I was thinking of ancient deck using brute bonnet and perilous jungle. That would allow Tusk to hit for 290.
Slap on a belt and effectively do 340. Use booster if you don't need the damage to prevent the poison and make beefier. Or use heavy baton to swap energy.
The self mill could possibly help with dumping energies to keep sada more consistent. But mitigating that downside is what I need help with.

At 40:58 …. Ultra ball Delphox and iono for Armarouge ex ….. retreat Arc Vstar with DTE ….Armarouge ex in active….fire off six energies to Armarouge ex and boss Moon
After watching several matches, I wish Gengar ex would place damage counters on opposing Pokémon if they attach energy except from the hand. We have Sada, Sticker, Dark Patch, Electro, Magma Basin, Arceus, Gardevoir ex, Mirage Gate… and if they rule it so even energy switches, Armarouge, and Iron Leaves ex.
I'm excited 3 excellent players piloted gardevoir to top 32. I play banette/gardevoir and it's cool to be able to gain inspiration from such great players piloting a similar deck.
Any reason to switch in chi-yu for delphox? The mill attack would help with stall and flame surge can load your bench up with energy the same way trinity charge does
Can load chi-yu via magma basin if you whiff the double turbo for arceus.

What i love about this fire deck is armarouge acts as a support for arceus and delphie. And i Love it❤
I think I stumbled on a possible Revavroom EX combo with heroes cape, rigid belts and full metal lab stadiums. Block minimum 90dmg/ turn.

Tried this deck out after the video and it seems ok, mightve been me but ove had some pretty unlucky hands and want to replace a card or two with poffins so i can get the smaller basics out if possible, or maybe modify it a bit, any suggestions

I've been running an Armarouge deck before rotation.
A bit different than this but I utilize poffins for sure

well, not the way I wanted to run Armarouge but a good blueprint to see what I can do.
14:30 shouldve Armorouge ex and boss the Pidgeot, 280 wouldve KOed and they wouldnt have a return KO even with Max Belt. And they couldn't get energies off your board since everything wouldve been on Armorouge
We could have yes, i did it anyways after & setup damage on zard to be 2 shot which helped
