I have an issue with the perineal branch of this nerve, can it be blocked as part of a pudendal block? I think they missed this branch on my diagnostic PFCN block I just had done
Hello Dr Terkawi, your video has been very helpful for me to understand this relevant anatomy as anesthesiologist. I would like to share a novel approach for PFCN block,
Hi Dr Terkawi, I got my provider to refer me to Stanford pain medicine dept for ischial tuberosity pain and I asked for you but they said you don’t treat pelvis nerves. How do I go about seeing you for a pfcn / pudendal nerve block and diagnosis?

Do you know of anywhere in Ontario Canada where I can get treatment for this ? I have been trying for 23 years to get to the cause of pain every time I sit and no cause has been definitively found.
Thanks for sharing your information knowledge experience. 🙏🌹

Sorry, I do not know.
Philip Peng, Yasmine Hoydonckx or Anuj Bhatia in Toronto. They are mostly at Toronto Western in the pain department, but do go to other hospitals.
Thank you for the information. It appears you are a doctor ? Can I ask where ?@@dr.johnvogel3430
