How would you rate the Nyos Torq, can you hear water trickle? I have read some horror stories on various forums. Have you tried the skimmer if the back chamber you can adjust the water height on v3 sumps try a little less height.

The skimmer is too deep imo, you should double check manual for the desired water level.
