Recipe:
Cobbler-
2 and 1/2 cups (312g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for hands and work surface
2 Tablespoons aluminum free baking powder (yes, Tablespoons)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick; 115g) unsalted butter, cubed and very cold (see note)
1 cup + 2 Tablespoons (270ml) cold buttermilk, divided
2 teaspoons honey
optional honey butter topping: 2 Tablespoons melted butter mixed with 1 Tablespoon honey
Heat on 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown

Biscuits-
1 can 29oz Sliced Peaches in Heavy Syrup
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp apple pie spice
I pack deep dish frozen pie crush
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 sticks unsalted butter melted
Heat on 375 for 15minutes until golden brown

What was she supposed to use instead of canned peaches if she don’t have fresh peaches on hand?
You sound miserable... 😅 No one cares... You go find fresh peaches, cut them up, wait for the extraction of the natural juice with salt and/or sugar, etc... Celebrities and hungry people typically don't have time for all that... Suck your lemons and leave folks alone... smh...
