This documentary brought me to tears. I was a Bolt driver for 4 years in Durban and it was tough. I now live in America and this documentary just reminded me of where I come from and I have God to thank that I’m still alive to tell the tale. Hope my brothers and sisters I worked with stay safe
Thank you thank you very much Ziqelekazi🤝🏽 God knows we tried to get it on Netflix and other platforms but no luck, so we couldn't keep you guys waiting any longer
Proudly South African 🇿🇦 , guy’s let fight crime by helping our justice department and so forth… let take back our South Africa 🇿🇦 back from crime lord’s
This is 10000% amazing production. Prayers and gratitude to the Uber drives in SA. I have never been mistreated as a foreigner, it's always been good conversations.
A progressive production narrating the plight of e hailing and how it is has fallen victim to crime. Thank you for beautifully recording this moment in history. Looking forward to more beautiful work. Fire.
These guys should request payments upfront if it is cash. If they have problems, cancel the ride and let them find another way home. Stay safe guys. You are doing a great service
And right there lies the cruz of the con: ratings. It should be made an industry norm to insist on an upfront cash payment. Lento yoku blackmailer abantu ngama ratings besebenza kanzima kumele ithenwe amandla.
Production out of this world too clean damn , cinematography absolutely stunning. Cant wait for episode of what happens in Sandton and Fourways transporting Slay Queens to hotels and apartments.
Brilliant documentary.Hopefully government will start support this sector of public transport.I really loved the way he explained the different scenarios.Well done.#AfricaRising
I don't thing I've ever subscribed to a channel quicker than I did here. Wow, the production and attention to detail is amazing💯🔥🙏🏾. And the dude narrated the plight of uber drivers so clearly, I almost felt like one, the struggle is real outchea. As victim of hijacking, I know exactly the anxiety of being in a boot for 3 hours. Crazy stuff, we glad to be alive to tell the tales.
Quickly put ads here guys, this series is going to be a hit, at least raise money for your future doccies. The talent is there. The production quality can only go up from now on.
Looking forward to the rest of the episodes. I had no idea such incidents happened in the e-hailing industry. Keep spreading the awareness. Great story telling. 👏
My fellow brothers go through a lot in this e-Hailing business, it's heartbreaking real. We will be dropping more episodes soon just for the sake of spreading awareness. it's up to us honestly.
Nah this is a beautiful production. And my heart goes out to the brother being interviewed through this one ❤if you reading this my G, please stay strong Mata! I take bolt all the time and it's just important to be kind to these drivers cause they put their own lives at risk too. Kindness is free man... I don't know why this world is side ways like this
I agree with you my brother, I always use Uber or Bolt to move around and my fellow brothers go through a lot and people are not aware of their challenges. but we are here to educate the masses.
Well done guys, this picture is clean, it’s well edited, I love the sound quality its well mixed. I love the locations you used as B-Roll. I like the way you guys tackled the subject matter. Well done this is absolutely superb, I wish you guys well and hope your company grows in leaps and bounds, these are the types of productions I’ve always wanted to create and would love to see more of. Keep telling real stories from real people.
this is true, my dad and brother has been robbed on multiple occasions and they only operate in the burbs the kasi is a no go. one drivers car got taken by taxis and he had to pay to get it back.
Brilliant documentary.Hopefully government will start support this sector of public transport.I really loved the way he explained the different scenarios.Well done🎉
Thank you thank you very much my brother🤝🏽🤝🏽 that's what we are also trying to achieve, but we will get there, for now we just want to highlight and spread awareness
A lot a lot my brother as you can see the results, too many sleepless nights in post production, months and months of trying to get this product to look like this. Zero budget No funding, everything coming from our little pockets, it's been hectic, but from the positive feedback I'm getting from you guys it was worth it and we will keep delivering quality going forward 🤝🏽
@@artmosfilms2000 im a fan, youll guys will be getting huge offers soon at this pace brow,, this is a TV killer. I dig the colours especailly that of the rich beautiful skin tone. what youll use on post production, davinci? and the interview itself just made me wanna be a better person
Eish I agree my brother I agree, we tried to get it on TV but no luck at all so we couldn't keep you guys waiting for too long. so we had to drop it here.
Wow. The production and storytelling is really great. Did not hesitate to subscribe and looking forward to many more. Just some feedback from me, i feel the story ended abruptly at about 21:27 eith regards to what happened with his phone after they used it to accept requests. Would have been great to hear how he had to overcome that seeing that he initially didnt even report the case. Nonetheless, this keot me engaged from beginning to end. Well done Artmos Films
Thank you thank you very much for the positive feedback Mongezi🤝🏽 I appreciate your honest observation and I do agree with you on that note now that you have pointed it out. We will definitely sort out those loose ends on the next one🫡
We're grateful for your kind words. If you have any specific aspects of the production that you felt were particularly outstanding, we'd love to hear about them!
What a great production. I also hope as more episodes come through, clients who make or request these trips, also get a chance to give their side of the story. Ngoba nathi sihlangabezana nezinkinga zo driver, especially those Bolt's. I am one of those clients who prefers Uber rather than Bolt. Uber is much safer with a better customer service. Which I can't concur with Bolt rides. One of the unfortunate risk I always feel for the Uber Drivers is when they take that trip with an unknown person, going to an unknown location, with only a trust of an App 🤔💭
Thank you thank you very much my brother, I also prefer Uber over Bolt, infact it's been a while since I've used Bolt, I always felt it was not safe at all after hearing from drivers themselves. Hopefully one day we will find solutions, we are also depending on you guys to come forward and come up with solutions
Story telling is beautiful. Production, recreation of the scenes, everything is so real. The music is appropriate for the scene. This is a Disney+ or Netflix grade production. Keep up with the story telling. Kudo to the whole production, directors, editors, scoring, everyone. The story is also touching. You did grace in retelling this guy's story.40 minutes just went by without me realizing.
