You folks have some of the most beautiful trucks I have ever seen, I restore and collect both US and German trucks so I have a pretty good idea of just what you folks have into these trucks in both time and money let me just say it shows, these trucks are just plain AMAZING!!!!!!
Kudos to the cameraman for doing such an excellent job. You give us a wonderful window into these events, yet always remain the unsung hero. Thank-you so much!!
@@MyClassicCarTV , next show, could you try to go from solid tire, chain drive C-cabs to Semi's. The evolution of truck, a great tool is fascinating. Also if you can, cover the evolution of the van, from light utility vehicles to pickup truck based. Note:: I have a 78 Econoline with a 351W, 4 speed standard & 411 POSI as my work van. Thank you Dennis!! U have taken something as simple as a "truck show" and highlighted what I believe is an important part of American history. These are the trucks I worked on! Thank you sir!
Thanks for the bonus footage.... This could have been an hour episode with sooooooo much cool stuff ! Usually when you see big machines like this they're rotting away in some junk yard.... It's really great to see the semis/and trucks restored to their former glory !
Super cool trucks and vehicle. There are so many designs I didn't even know excited, especially some of the oldest models. Make me enthused about about getting up this morning and working on my own jeep. Thanks for the cool video. 😎👍
@@keithjohnson5398 Yeah, it's true. There may be a few mixed in here and there, but to see a dedicated truck show was awesome! Really hope something like this will inspire other communities.
Loved all the old fire trucks. Years ago,(early 1981) the volunteer fire department I was in has a 1959 Ford F900 strait cab truck as first out rig. Carried 750 gallons on board with 2 booster reels. The truck had 5,000 original miles on the clock. No telling how many hours on the engine. It was painted red and white with gold leaf lettering. It is a thing of beauty. Last I knew, it was still in active service. This truck would be right at home at this show.
Fantastic B roll Dennis! Don't hesitate to share that. There were some great trucks there. I wanted to see the 1919 Mack wrecker hook up the boom for a recovery! One man job! That sounds scary!
Just think it wasn't for the semi and the drivers back then and now. We wouldn't have no food, gas, and no supplies. Thank you all the the truckers out there
I've got to find out where the next antique truck show near me is going to be. All that ATHS has is the show in Carson, Nevada that ran over a month ago.
Raul ceballos que grandes videos tienen porque soy un conductorde gran parte de mi vida y tengo experiencia ÷n la mecanica de tractocamiones y busco trabajo en cualquier lugar
Ive seen that wite osh kosh a few places i think i seen it years ago in a truck book i had also not positive i remember wite oshkosh with same blue emblem
12:05 There's a video on TH-cam about this Tow Truck being called the uglyest Tow Truck made in the 70's but to me I think it was just as an interesting design.
The problem is the availability of parts, as when most users of a commercial vehicle have scrapped theirs, the manufacturer often stops supporting it. Also most of the makes at the show don't exist anymore. Note: The Soviets also made some amazing commercial trucks including amphibious, but when they phased out a model, they stopped making pasts, so you can only see rusted relics...
+David For sure. Then on the other hand - if the demand for these old trucks were strong enough - the cost of fabricating unavailable parts would be justified. : /
I drove an ACCO with a 555 and 10 speed Eaton geared to 90kph unless you wanted to rev the guts out of it with disastrous fuel economy. Dreadful noisy engine that vibrated your teeth loose.
4:14 What an awesome looking white wall trim. Looks like it traveled through time!!! So clean and mint!!!

These are the trucks that built America. Made in America! Awesome.
Exactly, as you can see everything from the early C cab chain drive to our modern trucks...
Trucks and cars from the time when you could see the difference between them, today are all almost the same. Thanks for the bonus material.
Kudos to the cameraman for doing such an excellent job. You give us a wonderful window into these events, yet always remain the unsung hero. Thank-you so much!!
Yeah, he's pretty awesome!
The willingness to post B roll footage is honestly my favorite part about this channel.
I loved this bonus footage! Do more!
We're planning on it!

Thank you so much! This is one episode I'd like to see last a few hours! ;)
And showcasing some with interviews, those are always so interesting, getting to know about their trucks/tractors
Agreed, as while I'm not that into cars, I am very into tools, and the evolution of the truck was clearly on display in this video...
Trucks & tractors are overlooked when it comes to the various car collecting shows.

This is something. You would expect it in UK but thanks showing this.
The fairground organ in the background makes it sound like the UK too, all we need is rain!
Wow, these are some really nice trucks. Even the chains are polished :) Great show.

Awesome ! Thanks for sharing ! Love it !
It melted my brain for a second with the blue truck that said “white” across the front.
The drivers name is Red🤣👍
His dog is Old Blue
His name is Red Brown, that drives a blue White with his dog, Old Blue, and has a green John Deere on Brown's Farm.
You sure is dogs name isn't old yeller?
Thankfully I live in PA and go to this show every year, they had to cancel 2020 so hopefully 2021 will be on.

So very cool! God Bless America!
Very nice video and Merry Christmas. Thumbs up liked.
*Red and Yellow sure were popular back in the day...*
A very interesting video. I can't believe some one restored a big dump truck. They must have the heart of a lion.

I would love to see that olive drab crane!!
As a 90s baby love seeing the old muscle cars and classic pickup and older trucks as well. Rather look at a Tri 5 Chevy than a newer honda.
São belas obras realmente não é aquela coisa enjoativa aquelas obras repetitivas sem vida própria mais artificial entende.Um bom trabalho realmente.
