- The 2021 Great Oregon Steam Up we traveled to Brooks Oregon. Antique Powerland museum. Steam Tractor. We rode the model railroad trains, John Deere, Case, Russell, toured the park and had a great time. The food was great! The tractors and engines were awesome! Fantastic food. Marion Berry pie, rhubarb pie, apple pie, ice cream, 62 acres, truck, tractor, logging, electric railway, model train, and a car museum. Hope you enjoy the video.

Nice to see the same equipment there , visited many times in the late 80's and 90's. Lived in Yamhill County. Was stationed on the USS Rogers DD-76 from '75 to '79 Swan Island. BT2

This is a great family event. I try to get there every year.Its so difficult because they hold the event when all us farmers are still busy. I enjoy watching them fire up the steam sawmill and cut lumber the way our grandparents did.
It is an awesome event. And yes I have several farmer friends who would love to attend but can't due to taking care of their farms. And they live close by.
@@RustyDuckGarage Yeah Im only 20 mi away but its just held on the wrong month for us. I never figured that one out because most of the event is about farming. Thanks for posting Rusty at least I can watch a little of it virtually. Thanks.

I used to have a Snow Cat. 1949 sport model. Had it in Silverton Colorado. Looked like this one in video.

Your young bloke doesn't know it, but he has already lived my dream, to ride on a minature train/garden railway. I would have a hard time containing my excitement..

1909 Morton 20 hp made in Fresno, Ca. Only one made in 1909... the only 20 Horse Four Flywheel Engine known in existense.. Making this a very rare find.

They hold several swap meets there each year and they are a lot of fun to attend and find great stuff.
