To mister Chen on the tortilla pizza I you can also put crab meat and other meat on it also unless your a vegetarian then use the ketchup with spinach and vegetarian cheese and a meat substitute and kimchi would also taste good on it.

It looked like you were wasting a bit of dilicious stuff in the pan. Try getting it with a bit of liquid (water or alcohol to taste).
I've also been wondering if you could get a bit of the smokiness in a pan or on an electric grill by using smoked salt or paprika?
Not sure why -6 degree Celcius is supposed to be cold. Just wear warm cloths. For felt temperature wind and humitidy matters a lot.
Probably my only problem with this is all the packaging garbage involved. Plastics are cheap and hygenic so there are advantages but the long term problems aren't looking good.
I love that they give you matches and a way to light them. Lighting matches in the past has been easier. So easy that they could catch fire on their own. Phosphor isn't your friend.
I was once staying at a Japanese hotel where they had an all-you-can-eat buffet. Unfortunately I didn't really know how to eat crab. I will have to rectify that one day.
