Looking for information / resources to help my 12 year old complete a presentation on the passing of ADA and it’s effects on the lives of those with disabilities. He’s doing this at school for natural history day. Any guidance / help is greatly appreciated.

@@rockymountainadacenter4394 I live in Fairfield Ca..The City has prohibited the use of throttled E bikes, without making an exception for seniors..I am 81 and rely on my E bike to access the hills that are in the Rockville Hills Park..Without the electric help from the bike, there is no way that I can use the park..I believe that they are in violation of the law..
It's not a permanent diagnosis for everyone. Some people do manage to get well. Not everyone wants to go through life physically disabled or mentally handicapped. It's not a fun way to live.
My daughter has a learning disability and is pregnant. her doctor wanted me to get guardianship over her medically. The lawyer for my daughter said everything should take a few minutes in court. Got to court and they just went off on me because of her pregnancy. They said I let her run wild and I let her do whatever she wanted. She is 24 and has had a boyfriend for 2 yrs. She cooks cleans behind herself and everything anybody else can do. She just has problems reading and understanding it. if its complicated. She will be having a baby boy dec 3rd or 4th. Now they are saying since she is now considered incompetent as they have given guardianship to the department of social services That she can't keep her baby a family member will have to get guardianship or kinship of her baby. Who can I go to to get help for her. I have lost about 13000 dollars from lost wages as Ive been still taken care of her and have to drive 2 hrs to see her and 5 hrs and 40 min a week to take her to her appointments. I don't know what to do.

Is about time we have a law like that for people like me I have cerebral palsy and there is 8 different cases
I have an e bike because of my health..The City I live in does not allow me to ride it in their park? They are in violation of the ADA....
