Exactly. It builds character.
I think the whole work culture varies depending on the company you work for in Jamaica. There are quite a few companies that has a relax informal culture like first name basis, wear what you like, Tattoos and piercings are acceptable. Maybe government and financial institutions are more traditional with appearance and overall culture in Jamaica
Maybe true. But the few offices that doesn’t pay attention those things are the anomaly in Jamaica,
