It is sad how the kids wait forever to get adopted, and when they finally do so much happiness is on their faces, Cadie is brave because she finally knew she will have a family, she probably felt more secure than ever. Should credit the people in the adoption center too, they have prepared her in the best way possible. I am waiting for the day she starts speaking so fluently in English that she will express every burried emotion and experience.

When I volunteered at a medical clinic, a child was scared to have a minor procedure done. I asked the nurse to perform the procedure on me first. The little girl watched, and decided it wouldn't be too bad. She didn't even cry. I guess fear of the unknown terrified her.
