About Metalocalypse: Dethklok
Metalocalypse is Adult Swim's blackest, most brutal comedy. Coming straight to your face from Brendon Small (Home Movies) and Tommy Blacha, it centers around the band Dethklok, a global metal sensation with enormous economic power and social influence. Dethklok includes Nathan Explosion on vocals, Skwisgaar Skwigelf on lead guitar, Toki Wartooth on rhythm guitar, William Murderface on bass, and Pickles the Drummer as...himself. Unfortunately, these guys are more interested in boozing, doing drugs, and causing mass destruction than in putting out new albums. Their careless attitudes cause band manager Charles Ofdensen almost constant strife as he tries to salvage Dethklok's public image and protect them from a mysterious organization known as The Tribunal. Haha, this song first came out when I was in my 2/3 yrs in college (for a bachelor of arts degree no less). I had to drop out the next year saddled with tons of student debt and no degree for a field that was getting flooded with graduates. Probably would have just been better of dying. Now, 16 years later I get to listen to this and rock out again

This might be comedy death metal but a lot of their sound engineering is awesome. I remember truly appreciating thunderhorse on guitar hero 2 when playing it at half speed i was like wowwwww

I played this for some of my friends and they must love it, They're on the floor flopping around and foaming at the mouth.... They started dancing when the screen flashed and now we're all just hanging out on the floor dancing.

I love this song, the black melodic tone is just perfect, tied with Awaken for my favorite Dethklok song, but I just want to express how pissed off I am trying to learn the riff at 2:27, I've been at this for 40 min, it's a simple riff, I KNOW HOW TO DO IT, just my damn fingers are being stupid :(
