Good information, but ye toh theek hai ki seller ko registrar office mein hi DD mile .
Haan ye zarur hai ki same day builder office mein transfer ho and tehsil mein bhi . Zyada se zyada next day ho .

Transfer charges should be fixed by the government and shared equally between buyer and seller.
RERA should determine transfer charges

Sir jee , I have done this in dlf , they make you sign the transfer after assignment deed is registered , so no problem in dlf

M3m charged 500 rs plus 18% gst for crown transfer , this is pure loot more than 10 lakhs
Verbally they said 1st transfer is free
