    Credeti ca puteti posta reteta integrala impreuna cu metoda de preparare in text?

    vroiam sa va spun domnule Dragos ca eu mi-am facut propriul protofil in vara asta cu tuica de 70 de grade. chiar cand ma pregateam, dupa 12 zile, sa fac dilutia cu apa distilata ca sa-l aduc la 40 de grade, am masurat taria protofilului dintr-o sticla din comert(aca) si surpriza: am costatat ca protofilul originala9sa zicem) avea 60 de grade, iar al meu, 58-59 de grade. Cu strangere de inima, am bagat in siropurile de stimulare din august protofil marca proprie, nediluat, si am vazut ca harnicutele sunt ok. Concluzia sau morala : ori reteta e ok cu 58-60 de grade tarie protofil. ori albina din Moldova e mare....consumatoare...Ce parere aveti?

    Nu înțeleg care e rostul sunatoarei ( Hypericum perforatum , pojarniței ) ; ea conține hipericina cu proprietăți in principal antidepresive .

    Domnu Dragos,daca fac mai mult protofil si il pun in sticle de 500 ml sigilata,are ceva termen de garantie protofilul facut acasa dupa reteta care ati prescriso?

    Se poate folosi cătina proaspăta ca nu am uscata . Am cimbru dar nu am cimbrișor . Cum pot înlocui cimbrișorul? Multumesc frumos

      se poate folosi cimbrisorul fara probleme. catina proaspata sa nu fermenteze.
