do i need a license to fish there ?
Not in Hokkaido and you don’t need a license per se across Japan, you will often need a permit to fish though!

Everywhere my friend the city is full of rivers and sea!! Suzuki run the rivers none stop and bream live throughout! Get casting everywhere!!
