@Isaac Hathaway some will say it's even an unofficial sequel of sorts to Gregg's usual salute. And that's interesting because hollywood has been doing this a lot lately
I was a Gregghead before but this interview was certainly a delight for us vegan On Cinema lovers. I give it five bags of non-buttered popcorn and a glass of almond milk.
is it bad that I paid to see Ant-Man JUST to see if I could REALLY see Greg Turkington in a Blockbuster film? When he showed up, I was the only one that yelled out a "YES!" I knew it would be a small role but it was actually more screen time than I expected. Plus it ended up being a better movie than I expected. The one movie I could NOT pay for though, as much as I LOVE Tim Heidecker...was Fant4stic. Yes he was Reed's father in that movie, I honestly had no idea until the movie already bombed and left theaters. I'm glad I didn't know though, because I would have actually paid to have seen that. I still remember when there was nothing out and I went ot see Bridesmaids cause I kept hearing good things about it, plus it was Rated R and good actors....what I did NOT expect was that TIM HEIDECKER was the groom of the bride. He barely says a word but his facial expressions speak more than words.
Watching Bridesmaids with normies I always get strange looks when I'm giggling at Tim's expressions while they're all thinking 'wait, this isn't a funny bit?'.
There's a really genuine look Gregg gives her at the end that's holarious, like he is somewhat surprised and touched that she wished him a good day at the end of the interview. fucking genius tier comedic acting
I think she made a face at him like she knew he was doing a bit and that it was funny , her job is to play it straight she is probably repeating exactly what they say in an earpiece . You can’t see her face, and she is laughing a bit when she says thank you
"Stay tuned for our exclusive interviews with Stan Lee, Michael Douglas, and many more!" -Greg Turkington enters the frame I thought they were supposed to save the best for last.
Gregg says it was Baskin Robins that found out and ordered the firing of Pants Man but we all know it was Gregg who reported him because he doesn't want any trouble and just wants BR to focus on selling ice cream.
"Well I mean I fire Ant-Man from his Baskin Robbins job, you know, so obviously I'm not the smartest guy to fire Ant-Man. I mean who would do that, this is a person that would be a great resource for any company."
hahahaha lmaoo. good interview/10. future interviewers of T&E should take note of this girl's style. just be straight/friendly, stick to your questions and leave it to the comedian(s) to be funny.
I can't wait till it comes out on VHS!
Popcorn classic!
@@isaacpriestley 5 bagger for sure
I bet they have it in Victorville
Who’s here in 2024, still can’t waiting!
His comment on Ant Man's potential as a resource for Baskin Robbins was hilarious
If you had an ant infestation ant man could shrink down to their size and communicate with them
give the interviewer a break. she even started the video with a gregg turkington tribute, saying "hey guys!"
Isaac Hathaway I will
@Isaac Hathaway some will say it's even an unofficial sequel of sorts to Gregg's usual salute. And that's interesting because hollywood has been doing this a lot lately
Sort of a Nudge and a wink, a tip of the hat if you will to the expert movie buff himself. 😂
@@eszakats I'm really hoping to see a whole franchise of this, maybe a whole bunch of sequels
Hey guys
The fact that this is part of the deep lore to a seven year saga is incredible.
With movies like Gregg Turkington in them, you cannot lose
The master of codes himself!
You know you’re a terrible actor when you don’t even know the setting to Star Trek 2
JettBlackheart83 it’s Kingston
@@ianevans157 Yeah. Real Kingston heads know that it's actually Kingston.
Never fear...KINGTON is here!!!
They're very strict with who they hire. If you'd ever been to Baskin-Robbins, you'd know this to be true.
I'm a vegan I don't eat ice cream.
@@goooooos He really is a vegan
if only there was such a thing as vegan ice cream
@@chetplease I met him in Portland at a vegan junk food restaurant and so it's likely that he was in town for the vegan icecream.
Portland’s Vegan food is unfairly good though. What was the restaurant??
Absolutely unbelievable, GT is a national treasure. He’s always on. So fast on his feet while seemingly coming across as a stick in the mud.
Large amounts of pavement concrete have adhered to his shoes given the LA weather so it's really not surprising.
I was a Gregghead before but this interview was certainly a delight for us vegan On Cinema lovers. I give it five bags of non-buttered popcorn and a glass of almond milk.
expertly navigated interview by the master codebreaker Gregg Turkington
"They're very strict on who they hire, if you've been to Baskin Robbins you know this to be true."
I screamed when I saw Gregg I had no idea he was going to be in Ant Man. He's so sensual I could die.
i live for this fucking youtube comment^
i need you to know my friend and i quote this all the time. thank you.
Lmao
i give this comment 5 bags of popcorn 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿
"Hey guys"
"Hey"
heygeyes
Although it's no Hobbit or Skyfall, I give Ant-Man 5 bags of popcorn and two sodas.
And I’ll even throw in a little letter of apology to hire Ant-Man back at Baskin Robbins
That’s nice. Giving it 5 bags of popcorn is the ultimate sign of respect.
@@peolo-499 I have witnessed the giving of six bags of popcorn
Disagree, I predict Peyton Reed will learn from the master Peter Jackson and win all the Oscars with Ant Man 3, The Return of the Kington.
I'll give it 6 bags of popcorn and 3 cups of soda.
3 bags of soda
Why the fuck would you put soda in a bag.
+Big Ray its a solid 5 bags of soda to me
nice tip of the hat to OC
5 bags of popcorn, 2 bags of soda and a little ant man keychain
It's a five bagger for me
Hes understatedly very very funny off the cuff.
Gregg: "its kind of a nightmare"
Reporter: "great!"
She said "I agree"
Love that she starts the video with a classic 'hey guys', spoken like a true Gregg-head.
ANT-MAN looks like a five-bagger for sure.
J. Christopher Arrison I give it five bags of pop corn and one of these glass anthill containers.
J. Christopher Arrison I say four bags of popcorn and two picnic baskets full of ants.

on cinema on location is going well
classic gregg! Surprised he didn't mention Hobbit 4
Would've been great if he just brushed off all 'Ant Man' questions & talked about 'The Hobbit' the whole interview. Or 'Oh God!'.
Truly one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Dude is quick on his feet.

Good answers by Gregg in this episode. Five bags of popcorn and two molten lava blocks ;)

thats awesome! fuck yeah gregg!
Hey she literally asked
When she asked for his favorite ice cream flavor, I thought for sure there wasn't a good answer to the question. Dude is hilarious.
Gregg says it was Baskin Robins that found out and ordered the firing of Pants Man but we all know it was Gregg who reported him because he doesn't want any trouble and just wants BR to focus on selling ice cream.

The guy who gets interviewed looks a lot like master codebreaker Kington.
This video gets 5 bags of popcorn and I'll throw in one of those little pink Baskin-Robbins sampler spoons
Glad to see they still keep the experts around!
Gregg is a genious. The world will eventually come around.
Holy shit, Gregg is actually really funny

this is probably one of greggs best roles. of course, im not including kington in this, thats la creme dela creme.
I think she had no idea who she was talking to.
Geez, Greg could have just named a vegan ice cream flavor 🫤
Hahahaha is Gregg fucking with her? I can never tell if he's being satire.
"being satire". I assume that's simply appropriately high praise for Mr Turkington rather than a grammatical error.
Not a grammar mistake you plebe
“What are you most excited about today?”
“The air conditioning.” - ouch, greggs review of Ant-Man.
I give the revelation that this whole thing wasn’t actually a joke 5 bags of popcorn

As I've heard Tim Heidecker (actor), say about Gregg Turkington, "he's never not in character". ❤

It's obvious this interviewer is a fellow Gregghead, she even uses his catchphrase
He won't eat ice cream, but he loves buttered popcorn.
"I would plan an elaborate heist where I stole a penny from a child's piggy bank." is one of the realest things I've ever heard
Give it up to Peyton Reed for playing into this whole melodrama. Three cheers for him!

So much expertise going on
