I was introduced to thornhill through another reaction channel and have been in love with them since. I love their “new” experiential sound, cannot wait for the album! 🖤

I loved this single and it has been on repeat for me since it released and the music video was very reminiscent of The Crow. I can understand why some fans are divided about it but I can't wait to see what else Thornhill has on the horizon🤘

Dude thornhill is a band that always have magical melodies, that is his perfection. And that is what the band wants to give us, leaving behind the usual metalcore.👏🏻🙌🏻 so fk the old fans this direction is gold haha

Definite vibes of “save yourself” by Stabbing Westward . Well done Johnny…made me think about them enough to go back and revisit these guys…and discover they have a new song out and album coming in March. Bravo 👏🏼

i was born in 93 so i got some 90's music knowledge and i think i know what song johnny was talking about. "Save Yourself" was a HUGE song for them thats usually the song everyone associates them with, but "Shame" was also another big song by them so maybe he was thinking about either one
also totally agree on the deftones and crow vibe. both are such heavy influences for style and i love that they blended them for this video

I can get where you are coming from with the Stabbing Westward imagery - actually saw them in concert a couple of times when they supported Live in the 90's - very good band and Stabbing Westward are still going with some new material recently coming out. The Crow was the first thing that came to my mind though with the round broken window which Brandon Lee was thrown out of.

  • @yoltic9172

Casanova reminded me a lot of the strokes, but this one reminds me more of the first Tool Album with the way the percussion sounds in the only accoustic sections mixed in with some Julian Casablancas almost cosmic sound
