I'm so excited for the Shatter Me vlog! It's one of my all-time favorite series! I highly recommend you read the last two books of Kim Holden's Bright Side series, Gus and Franco. (I finally got to Franco - it's shorter and lighter.) The found family of this group of friends, lovers and a couple relatives is one I wish I could be a part of. These characters are a part of me. Also, there's a cameo in Franco that had me screaming with giddiness.

I appreciate your agreement with regards to the rating of "King of Pride"! I personally struggled to complete it as well, finding "King of Wrath" to be a more compelling read. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that "When in Rome" was actually the first book in the series, as I had read "Practice Makes Perfect" prior to it. The endearing relationship between Will and Annie made the latter book particularly enjoyable for me. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and emphasizing the aspects that resonated with you. I don't know if you have already read the book or not, but do try 'The Demon of Darkling Reach' by P.J. Fox. I don't know how and why but it is my favorite. I have read the whole series several times and still feel like I could go on forever. I feel like the book doesn't get enough credit.
