David and Al, we could write a quick summary of how to do it (the tools needed for recording and then links to pages and videos on uploading to TH-cam).
Incredible to hear these childhood memories which were played over and over on records when I was a kid! Does anyone know how I can track down the song V'yivtichu Vecha which was song by a choir but I'm not sure if it was a Pirchei album or not?
Bottom line, why would Shlomo Carlebach claim to compose Eilecha unless it's true. He didn't need to steal Jep songs LOL. Anyone want to weigh in on this? It seems obvious that it's Shlomo's song.
The album jacket lists composer credits for only a few of the tracks: "Mi Ho'ish" by Baruch Chait "Achas" by Itzzy Katz "Pischu Li" by Itzzy Weissberg "Ki Vesimcho" by Ari Verschliser
@@bracha2u786 The joke goes: After listening to a recording od Avrum Fried singing one of his compositions, he picked up the phone to Fried. He quipped: OK, you stole it, never mind - but why did you kill it? . Just a joke.

@@allegator18 Thank You. I think Elecha Hashem Ekra is an early Shlomo composition.
@@paddymcvoy1028 According to Reb Shlomo lore, he refused to sing Elecha for many years after Pirchei sang it without crediting him

@@paddymcvoy1028 sounds like something R' Shlomo would say! Not an actual phone call but the comment is classic Shlomo
