I’ve been alcohol free, depression free and anxiety free since I’ve started microdosing.
Might participate in a psilocybin study in FL about it too
@@Positivelysierra222 i just got my stuff in to grow my own medicine too. Trying to heal from ptsd from many years of abuse, depression and addictions to medications. I couldn’t find anyone to buy off of so i finally bit the bullet to start growing. Just got my spores in this morning and had my all in one bags show up saturday so i inoculated the bags this morning. Yeah.
@@GingeRenee micro dosing will help but if you do a therapeutic dose, you may feel lots of emotions come up including anxiety. And if it’s a high enough dose, any emotions you may have been suppressing, your trip will kind of force you to face those past traumas head on. It is often compared to having years of therapy all at once. Do lots of research. Good luck 🍀

I PC twice on my popcorn as-well, first pc'ing/hydrating my corn for 20min at 15psi, then another one in jars at 90min..I noticed any longer my grains burn/darkn. Over 3 cases of wide mouths no contams 👍🏻 ...kinda nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountain's in Virginia 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Do you dry to popcorn before PCing?

Steam dry is great! Why the big increase in PC time, if you weren't having tam and didn't want dark/cooked grain? Only thing I can figure is that you realized they colonize faster with a longer PC.... @mike_snead
@@droidnick i was having a few jars where it seemed the mycelium didn't wanna take to but say half of peices of corn..although the tubs did all fruit not one contam issue, other then cob web on one tub and i know why i believe on that, i had my sub over hydrated and not enough fae.. I guess you can say for a peace of mind really. I just wanna for facts my grains are 💯 sterile without any questions. Just made twenty-two up last week at 150 min so...let's get-itt! 🍄💙

It seems like what you're doing is bottle-necking the genetics to get these mutations?
Also, try adding 3-5 cc , at full dilution, liquid dirt to per quart of water when making you substrate.
