good episode imo. Man , we have finally come full circle and as Oliver said, There are no stories about The Green Arrow to tell without him being on the Island. the return of Yao Fei was nice and i liked his interactions with Oliver. The Diggle stuff was well done too and i certainly wasn't expecting Lyla to be the weapon . Oliver's goodbyes with the rest of the team were nice ( the ones with Diggle and William being the one that got to me the most) , man i am gonna miss Oliver Queen!!. Also, i can't believe they actually amputated Roy's arm ..hopefully we get a glimpse of him get a cool new robotic one in the remaining episodes. However , for now... IT HAS BEGUN!!
In season 1 I thought Oliver talking to his father in that cave was just a hunger hallucination, but now they're basically telling us that it literally happened and Oliver just thought he was hallucinating because the island literally has an energy that makes it like purgatory for souls.
You can kind of interpret it how you want. I think fyres and Yao Fei were made by the monitor because they disappeared earlier in the episode and they know Oliver is going to die and why would fyres want the weapon and being dead and not confused as fuck. But that's just me, cool point on the cave hallucination.
Season 2 flashbacks: Shado did die on the island. Dr Ivo shot her. Dr Ivo brought Sara Lane to the island. Dr Ivo tried to force Oliver to choose who will die, between Sara and Shado. Oliver couldn’t choose so Ivo shot Shado. Slade blamed Shado’s death on Oliver and that is the start of Slade’s hate for Oliver.
“Supergirl is on a different earth so there wouldn’t be red skies.” oh god they don’t understand that crisis happens on every Earth when it’s literally called Crisis on Infinite Earths.
This was kinda the Series Finale. 3 episodes left, Crisis, the backdoor pilot for the Canaries spinoff, and then a wrap up episode which I think will involve Ollie and Felicity finally getting peace. Taking place after the flash forwards from the S7 finale where the Monitor took Felicity to see him. Will probably feature everyone too, Thea, Moira, Slade, possibly Sara. That episode will make me cry
If anything, Roy has had the some of the most character development in the show. He started off as a street thief and slowly got recruited to team Arrow. I never imagined this would happen though. And you gotta remember, he's technically dead. He got brought back by a Lazarus Pit and now he got his arm cut off too
Fun Fact Roy in the comics lost his arm to Prometheus. So a tie between two characters that are fan favorites on the CW who never interacted on the CW show XD

As excited as I am for what happens on Crisis, I think I might be a little more excited for the series finale of Arrow! So let's get on and enjoy Crisis and then get on with the last 2 episodes of this great show because my curiosity of how they're going to end it is killing me!
This seasons been fantastic. Nice to see them giving farewells to characters from the past by having episodes built around them instead of shoe-horning quick minute long cameos in episodes and I think the lack of any relationship drama (mainly Olicity) has increased the quality ten-fold
Dude they have NO IDEA what type of characters are gonna be in this crossover and it's gonna be awesome watching them react surprisingly to the crisis 😀

Previously her scream was what she used to win fight 🤔 Does this mean she’s a better fighter then Deathstroke? I’m confused.
I don't know how I can watch the Arrowverse, or the other series without Stephen tbh. This is my favorite show of the shows, and idk... Flash isn't gonna fill that hole. This whole series makes me feel bad for Roy. Since his introduction this series justs shits on him. Makes him one of the strongest characters, and the most sympathized. I mean imagine Robin went through half of the stuff Roy went through (I know Jason Todd had similarities in thier story), everyone loves Robin and will hate the people who did anything bad to him. But with Roy, no one in particular can be blamed. So that hatred that normally can be placed on someone... just turns into more sympathy for Roy. Idk, every season Roy is in, something bad happens. The Blind Wave way is the only way for me now. Trailers spoil way too many things that I would be otherwise surprised to see. And the surprise I get from watching it in a trailer is always more muted than what I feel while engrossed in a movie/show and something huge pops up. Sometimes I go back and watch trailers afterward and it's ridiculous how much great stuff gets spoiled.

Deviating from comics isnt bad, but when they do a hard shift after laying all that groundwork in seasons 1 and 2, its unfortunate how it all puttered out.
Laurel feels a little like the Gwen Stacy of the Arrowverse. The original "one true love" of the hero whom was kind of deified after her death, being remembered primarily as a near perfect person who everyone loved, while her rougher areas and problems are forgotten about. As well as there being more stories that could be told with the character's death than with her life. ...And the character later getting another version of herself from an alternate universe entering into the main universe. Huh. I never hated Earth-1 Laurel and I admit I sometimes have mixed feelings on Olicity, but personally I think Earth-2 Laurel has been a way more compelling character than the E1 version ever could have been if she'd never died.

Not all the paragons are going to be from E1. I think the Brandon Routh Superman is 1 paragon. Earth 3 or earth 90 flash will be a another paragon. Kevin Conroy Batman is probably one as well. Lex Luther from another Earth maybe one. I hope there is Wonder Woman paragon .

"Specific DNA" is specific for a reason. William only has half of Oliver's DNA, the other half is his Mums, so they're not the same genetically. It's not an oversight, it's basic biology.
Am I the only one that's thinking (more like hoping really) that they could possibly include the boys from supernatural in the arrow-verse crossover? Supernatural is also in their last season and they've already established a multiverse on their show so, to me, it could be a really cool thing to include in the final season.
s4 of arrow was best oppurtunty to bring them. they brought in Constantine and vixen but if they were in 3-4 episodes and then Supernatural boys making appearance, i think s4 would have been a success.

Not all the paragons are going to be from E1. I think the Brandon Routh Superman is 1 paragon. Earth 3 or earth 90 flash will be a another paragon. Kevin Conroy Batman is probably one as well. Lex Luther from another Earth maybe one. I hope there is Wonder Woman paragon .

"Specific DNA" is specific for a reason. William only has half of Oliver's DNA, the other half is his Mums, so they're not the same genetically.

Am I the only one that's thinking (more like hoping really) that they could possibly include the boys from supernatural in the arrow-verse crossover? Supernatural is also in their last season and they've already established a multiverse on their show so, to me, it could be a really cool thing to include in the final season.
s4 of arrow was best oppurtunty to bring them. they brought in Constantine and vixen but if they were in 3-4 episodes and then Supernatural boys making appearance, i think s4 would have been a success.

Well Batwoman wouldn’t lead upto crisis since her show is actually 3-4 years before it because elseworlds was a present day her and that’s the reason why only her show had the nash clip stating the date and time
Bedford Enterprises actually the elseworlds stuff happened between episode 3-4 of the season, this is why Mouse was able to get out of Arkham with that breakout.
