When you said sometimes it makes you sweat from the anxiety of people staring.. so relatable! 😂💕 Also too, I understand how you feel about pumping/breast feeding taking a toll on your mental health. My son breastfed until 2 1/2, but my daughter , I decided to stop at 10 months. Once my stash was all gone, I transitioned her to goat milk formula because it’s very similar to breastmilk. You’re doing great mama 💕
Yess girl anxiety will make me start sweating in a heartbeat 😂 And wowwww!! You are supermom! I definitely don’t think I can breastfeed that long. Even breastfeeding for 10 months is great! I also never thought about goat milk I may need to look into that when I stop pumping. Thank you for your support.❤️❤️❤️
@ Yes always! The goatmilk is gentler on their bellies and has a similar nutritional profile/taste of breastmilk. For me it seemed to be insanely harder to nurse the 2nd time around so I definitely chose my mental health 1st and my daughter loved her new milk and we both were happy. 😆
Your voice is so calming .I love love love your videos ..im expecting my son in may and as a boy mom i really love and appreciate your content .Keep up the good work ✨❤️
I really love your videos! 🥰Your voice is calming and watching you be a super mom is inspiring. I have a 3 week old and we’re struggling also with breastfeeding. So I’m just pumping and bottle feeding for now. I’m going to take your tip and try practicing nursing with her while she’s not starving and more calm. I too suffered from nipple pain a couple of days ago due to the frequent pumping sessions and from previous pain of my baby not latching correctly.😢 I wanted to give up but, I kept pushing. I have the same hands free pumps you. Just curious, what number do you set yours to? Such a blessing you produce so much milk! Any tips to increase my supply besides staying hydrated? I pump every 2-3 hrs. But, only produce about 4oz each pumping session.
Thank you so much 🥹❤️ and breastfeeding is so hard. Pumping and bottle feeding seems to be working better for me too. And as far as the number I set my pumps too I start off at 1 then gradually start increasing until I get to about 4-5. Every 5 minutes I usually increase it by 1
Also for increasing your supply honestly constantly drinking fluids throughout the day. And when I say constantly I mean drinking something ALL day lol like I drink A LOT! and pumping consistently every 3 hours helped me. I heard that sunflower lecithin supplements can help your supply too! I hope this helps ❤️
@@leahlovee Thank you so much for responding!! I know you’re busy and I appreciate you taking the time out to respond. I’m going to try the gradual increase because that maybe why I’m in pain. I go from level 1 and then straight to level 5 after 2 minutes. I May need to take it slow. And I’ll increase my hydration. I hear body armor is good so I may need to try that as well. Best of luck to you on your journey. 🙂You got this!! 🙏🏽💕
Girl pumping is really hard I did it for my two kids until they were like 15/16 months old because they weren’t latching well. But it does take its toll on you, thankfully I had a very good supply so I only needed to pump 5/6 times a day and I cut out middle of the night early but not everyone can do that. Hang in there ❤
@ that’s what I said too! I told myself just get to 3months then 6 then 9 and before I knew it they were 1+. But I always say any amount of breast milk is good and each mother should do what is best for her and baby. We are all super moms ❤️
I agree I bf for 3years w my first this time around idk maybe a year cause I’m barley 4w pumping and I’m over it hopefully he latches soon Ty for sharing ur life w us . Hello frm Las Vegas 🎰
how often do you pump? And how old is baby? I have a 2 week old and the day before Christmas I mistakenly went hours without pumping or latching while he was with dad (he had milk I pumped) I got super engorged and I released that night but I noticed since then I no longer get engorged and my breasts are soft now. Since then I’ve been trying to pump every 3 hrs and I’m getting 3-4 oz on each breast now I was getting a bit more but it has dropped now
@@jasthelovebug hey, I’m at a point where now I pump every 4-5 hours sometimes even 6 hours if I’m having a long day. But in the beginning when Kenny was 2 weeks old I was pumping every 3 hours like clockwork because I was trying to build my stash. Since you mentioned your supply dropped I would recommend continuing to pump every 3 hours and just stay consistent with it drink plenty fluids and your supply should get back to where it was. The key is consistency and staying hydrated! 😊
