I’d really like to see them do more merch based on their rides. Feels like an overwhelming amount of generic branded toys and clothes you can get outside of a theme park
Agreed completely! That's something the Gold Coast parks really do poorly. How hard is it to put out a t-shirt with some Roller Coaster track? I'd buy them for sure
One suggestion for movie world - in the shop at Wild West falls, I would move the barrel of road runner plushies and the sign with the associated discount to somewhere more visible and not by the exit. After already having made our purchases (spending more than the minimum required to get the discount for the plushie) and we were leaving, that’s when we saw the sign. They had to call a manager down and it took ages to somehow add the plushie to our previous transaction to get the discount. Staff were fantastic though!!!
I'm surprised it didn't automatically apply on the cash register! Glad you got it resolved and that's a good suggestion for sure. Surprised they didn't fix it after the incident.
DC villains and the Batman boutique on Main Street bc I like going and looking at the window on the boutique because you can see dust marks from where catwoman scrapes the window!
Question: Do they just play a loop of the same few songs all day in the park? I hear The Trolley Song playing a lot in your videos, do they ever switch the music up?
I believe they have different playlists of songs that play depending on the time of day. In the late afternoon after the parade they start playing songs like The Trolley Song, Get Happy, etc. I never hear them when we visit earlier. It's always the same songs right before the parade too - bit sick of hearing them now to be honest haha
From the top of my head - food is basically $20-$25 for fast food combos, and for meals such as Loaded Fries / Nachos (the latter don't come with drinks). Healthier food (baked potatoes, sandwiches, etc) is a bit cheaper, ranging from $10-$16. Merch is mixed. Clothing is usually $25-$35 for T-Shirts, Toys range from $20-$40, etc. There are cheaper options there like pens, cups, books, etc. You can see prices for lots of items in the video In the future I'll try to include more details about the current prices. I'll probably do one regarding food in the near future. Thanks for watching!
A bit more variety would be welcome, especially when it comes to ride specific merch. It shouldn't be this hard to buy a shirt with a roller coaster on it!
Bit of a different video! More slower paced, less Ogre Thoughts, etc. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks for watching!

Also thank you for taking the video of this because last time I come here I don’t shop around at the shops
My pleasure, thanks for watching!

Which shop is your favourite? DC Villains for me!
DC villains and the Batman boutique on Main Street bc I like going and looking at the window on the boutique because you can see dust marks from where catwoman scrapes the window!
@@Catwoman24_7 haha that's awesome, I'll have to check that out next time
@@ThemeParkOgre as you can tell I really like catwoman from my comments
DC villans. Like the boutique as well.
That some cool merchandise from the theme park
The batman store "shut up and take my money" I need 1 of everything
It's neat for Batman fans for sure!
I’ll be in Queensland this Sunday where I’ll be visiting Sea world, Movie world, dream world and the gingerbread factory up in Brisbane.
That's awesome, have a great time! Be sure to check out Overboard (the boat ride) at the Ginger Factory
It probably exists but the most logical Friends themed stuff they should be selling is a Central Perk logo coffee mug.
I may be wrong, but I believe they used to at some point at Movie World.
Anyone else think the prices are crazy 😧
Yes, very much
Even the food are expensive in theme parks and they have no competition so they can put the prices high to rip people off
Yeah a lot of it is quite overpriced - that's the norm for Theme Park sadly haha

Can someone tell me the price ranges in the stores like merch etc. and fooding? So hard to find an estimate

Back in the day there used to be a shrek store and a full Harry potter store
I miss them both! The Shrek store is now the Coffee Shop, and Batman replaced Harry Potter.
Not much lola bunny stuff either 😢
More of her would be great!
How come we never see you?
I like keeping the focus on the experience rather than myself. Maybe someday, though!
Places are just flooded with Looney Tunes and DC merch😭makes sense why though

My boy pepe le pu not there :(
It's a shame he got cancelled. What were WB thinking?
