    Really like the "breath" you gave at the end with those 2-3 seconds of b-roll footage and music. Love this format and your style, Justin :)

    Is it me or is 185 dollars for 5 mini plates of food way to expensive!? Or is it like this in the whole USA ? In Europe its certainly ALLOT of money.

      The tasting menu is $90 per person. That’s around 80 euros, would you say that’s expensive?

      @@justinkhanna I'm confused, the menu says "Five Courses 185 per person" - I asume they are dollars
      So if its 85,- ... why cant find 90,- anyware? Or am I plain stuphid.
      85,- is very nice price!

    I personally, thought that the progressive "earthy" snoots on the West Coast had more style & class than to step over a bunch of homeless people on the way to gorge themselves on hi-fillutton unpronounceable French Bistro cuisine, and was shocked that you all actually dined on pigeon. Deplorably yours, from a hamburger stand "somewhere in the middle of Montana." I plan on staying subscribed ... cannot wait for the next episode.

  • @Clambelly
    @Clambelly 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Did you bring any leftovers of the pigeon to the warming shelter ... or did you consume the entire adolescent bird ? Oh, sorry, you forgot to mention that to your viewers. Yeah, pigeon tastes like chicken, the only difference is these birds are usually slaughtered well before they reach adulthood. Something about that elitist French Cuisine. Is it spicy, savory or foul ? Yes, definitely foul. Sorry, don't mean to rain on your parade.... but OMG, after watching thousands of TH-cam videos on DIY, cooking, homecraft, collectibles, and what have you ... this has gotta be the most wanton video.
    I am really looking forward to your Mong Menu of "how to cook your neighbors kittens and puppies in bouillabaisse for the holidays" ... tastes just like pigeon, ehh, I mean chicken ... RIGHT ?
