I see the back not as flimsy as you describe. How they solve utilizing the upper volume is interesting. What really is a dealbreaker is the comfort. Good Review
I just ordered this backpack and received it today. It looks great and lots of features but I need to return it because the shoulder straps felt very uncomfortable😒.
Had the 27l and ended up returning it after a week. It is great pack indeed but way too heavy for my needs even when the thing is practically empty. Also comfort was a big issue. I have way more comfortable backpacks at a way lower price range.
Good review, I like this bag. But yes the first think I’d do after unboxing this after purchase is REMOVE those ridiculous compression straps. Utterly useless on a daypack and they interfere with the functionality of the bag.
Would you ever consider creating a scorecard or grade for the packs you review? I’d love to see a checklist of pros and cons which build up the final score. I could gauge whether the pack is a good commuter bag, great for travel, or ideal for camping/outdoors. Thanks for the thorough review!
We try to be as in-depth as possible in our video and full reviews to give you that information from our detailed testing 😃 Thanks for watching, Caleb! -Eric
What a shame, the 27L version looks like the perfect pack for my preferences but if it’s not comfortable to carry then I know I won’t use it. I’ll keep using my UA24 even though it doesn’t have the access I prefer until I find that perfect pack - this was so close!
Good review, thank you. Seems like all of your complaints about this pack are more your personal preference; as this is your review. Ha. I picked this pack up and have had zero issue with the things you mentioned. I use this pack for for daily work use, works perfect, comfortable and easy to use. Thanks again for the review.
This is the kind of detailed review you come to TH-cam in hopes to find, but never do. Thank you so much. 🙌🏼
First review I’ve seen of the Yeti backpacks. I’ve been curious, so this was cool to watch. Awesome job! Thanks.
You got it, jc palermo!

Excellent review - hope to see more from you.
I’d love to see a packing review of the 27L and 35L versions too!

Please do the Crossroad 27L. Great content. Thanks for your contribution.
if they would fix those straps and add that same front pocket the 27L has it would be PERFECT

Really thorough review, loved the insights you gave about the bag!
Glad you found it helpful, Ria! 😊

I was doing some research on a back pack to buy I am a big yeti fan, great video. a very detailed review.....great job
I could overcome the shortfalls of this bag if it was cheaper. It looks pretty slick for a tiny bag.

Does 16inch Mac Book Pro fits?

Thanks for the insight on the straps, Charles!

Would the daytripper lunch box fit in the main compartment?
Really wanted to like this more but that too heavy floppy top is a deal breaker.
Just seems like something that would be annoying as heck
great review!

That special pack is out there somewhere!

Great review! Just a question, is it possible to strap in a skateboard using the compression straps? Thanks
I think it's possible. What's the distance between the loops?
Skateboards are usually 10 inches in width
Well reviewed.
Can you fit a motorcycle helmet in there?
Can this fit a 16-17" laptop?
If it's wet it can get uncomfortable?! How does a wet handle get uncomfortable?

awesome review, subed and will be back hoping any packs I consider are reviewed by you guys
Appreciate it, Lyndsay!

Love your review! Don’t love the bag! It’s not worth the price with such little room.
Do the packing cubes come with it? I am thinking No...
No.
Nice review. Pack looks decent but like all Yeti products, rediculously overpriced.
I’ve been looking at this backpack but it looks cheap so nah.
Seems like it’s not well designed. More of just a backpack for someone that wants to wear the yeti label
