I just seen someone get DOTTED up in the seams due to poor LB coverage skills & bad COD! Of course of you have 7-8 super stars & 2 X factors it’ll work but outside of MUT, it’s a MID Defense
Trying this as a player lock safety on franchise. I’m convinced I’m just not good at defense lol. I try these plays and I’m still letting up 200 passing yards in the first half. Maybe I just really can’t predict offense and their looks. Gonna keep practicing tho.
Gun bunch is just good football and has been in the game both IRL and in madden and will always will be. IMO the biggest problem is the way people can play 3 DL sets like dollar and have good run defense against people running 2 TE’s or a FB. Thats unrealistic.

What's the best team to use in regs with this scheme? The only teams I know that have lurker are the 49ers and Bucs. But the Bills have deep out zone knockouts.
I wish you didn’t have to make so many adjustments, because it’s hard to remember all of that and you don’t have as much time when you’re in the actual game
How do I counter RPO screens when they are in trips cuz I play my friend in regs with this defense and I understand it’s regs so most corners don’t have KO, but I still get obliterated. It works really well with the 49ners but I just don’t wanna play with the 49ners all the time
I wish creators would post Madden tips being utilized in a real H2H. I always feel like practice mode...everything works but when I take it into a real sweat.....fail
Idc what defense anyone uses, they need to fix the blitz glitching, like I understand blitzing. But when I got 95+ ovr lineman, I block my tight end and rb, ID the mike and or double team, but because someone lines up a certain way and blitzing a certain guy my blockers turn in to ghosts. It’s absurd. So my 6 blockers can’t block 3-5 muh fuggas, get real
They are both fantastic. 61 is easier to set up overall run, dollar has the better blitz. I would guess they will do one more patch to Madden this year and I could see them trying to shut down the dollar a gap blitz

Just played someone using this to nano blitz. This isn’t for pros. This is for garbage, toxic guys who would rather exploit the game than to learn to play it. Thanks for making the game even worse than it is guys! 😊

Quit while you’re happy you’ll notice you can run 3 plays on both side of the ball and be almost unbeatable

nah just dont be a bot and sit in the same defense. cover 2 would pick that off. defense isnt mid your adjustments are
18 is open in the seams against that tampa 2 look. If the player processes the coverage quickly enough, they can hit it

When I run the first defense it’s good except everything except flats, how do I stop getting killed in the flats . I have them on 0 and 30
This is why I’m off madden to be honest. Repetitiveness on both ends of the football. Bunch on offense, dollar and 61 on defense.

I been playing Madden since 2006 are we still doing nano Blitzing in 2024? No wonder this game has bad ratings
Making quick reads will destroy these defenses, hard to make all the adjustments playing someone good
I use the tecans playbook and have almost all of the playes u said were only on the patriots
How do you get to the 30 yd curl flats to adjust them?
on the playcall menu screen click in the "right stick" this will bring up the coaching adjustments menu.
For the first defense my linebackers are my Dline how do I separate them from just being Dline
I wish you didn’t have to make so many adjustments, because it’s hard to remember all of that and you don’t have as much time when you’re in the actual game
Should you have your coaching adjustments like that for every play in 6-1?
It’s definitely the best “base” way to run the defense, but mixing in match and other zone drops can be really effective too

It’s been an issue since atleast Madden 15. Best thing to do is pickup ncaa in July and never play this series ever again

You can use zone drop on it or not, either way. Just depends on what you think will best stop what your opponent is trying to do

you can in MUT but it's a really tricky and specific process. Not as easy as just subbing them in.
