1:32 "Please don't comment down below that I am an idiot for doing it this way." Ok, I won't say you're an idiot. ... There's a Gold Ore Vein along the wall on the northeast side of Whiterun. It's on a hill overlooking Tundra Homestead. Look for a ruined pillar and a wooden chest. No need to risk your neck fighting bandits. There is also a Flawless Diamond in a rowboat near Markarth you can just go and grab at level 1. Just take the carriage and follow the road east. Go over the first bridge and ignore the river below. What you are looking for is in the next river over. Where the road forks look down over the cliff to find the rowboat laying up against the rocks. Now dupe both a Gold Ingot and the Flawless Diamond. With the Warrior Stone and the Well Rested bonus it should take exactly 213 Gold Diamond Necklaces to go from 15 to 100 Smithing.

For the white run follower dupe glitch, don't pick up the dupes, just have your follower pick then up immediately it saves alot of time. Once you know she has at least 10 in her inventory. Reset the glitch and do it with 10 ingots at a time.

@@bigquazz3955Because exploits and cheats are two totally different things. Using a mod or console commands to instantly spawn stuff is obviously cheating. Exploiting built in game mechanics however isn't considered cheating, at least not to me.
@@tinknocker85 yes sir, can confirm. But it also means you can get overpowered items and it will kinda make the game boring real quick. So just use it once unless you want to become god himself 😅
@@tinknocker85 Have fun! Let's us know if you plan to play a stealth archer (most players' 1st playthrough), a mage, or something else. Keep in mind that as you continue thru the game, you can switch midway. I find the best playthrough is one based on role-playing. Enjoy!
Imma stick to the crafting/upgrading daarven bows method. It's pretty dang fast, doesn't require duping, and makes you a decent but of gold. Pay for smithing training until level 30-50 smithing then clear out the dwemer museum and like one other dwemer ruin. Activate warrior stone. Get well rested. Make like 150-200 dwarven bows. Drink a philter of blacksmithing. Upgrade as many as you can. If you're not up to 90-100 smithing after that I'd be really surprised.
I did the gold ring method. And at 90 making daedric armor etc because I wanted multiple sets boost your levels really fast too. Kohl’s keg got mine is a god send. Get like 50 gold ore from there once per in game month
@Raiden Esp yeah that’s what I used to do before discovering the duplication method. That’s a lot of resting/waiting though. Just don’t “clear” out the mine. I think it won’t “clear” unless you kill the Forsworn Briarheart there. What also works really once you get your speech, smithing, enchanting, and alchemy skills high enough is using the alchemy/enchanting loop to get OP enchantments (mainly alchemy/smithing) + the appropriate perks and making shit tons of OP armor and potions to sell and taking them to every merchant you can to get rich and then just focusing on the merchants who sell smithing supplies. Most blacksmiths stock at least 10 of each ingot. Visit every blacksmithing dealer in Markarth. Then fast travel to Riften or Windhelm, depending on what time of day it is when you leave the city. Keep doing the same thing in each city you visit. Rinse and repeat. On one character, I had over a thousand of several different ingot types and that was before I discovered the duplication glitch.
To clip through the Whiterun border, I start at the main gate entering the city, turn right immediately and right again into the alcove in the wall. There you can jump onto a barrel and jump over the wall (takes a few tries, especially if you're a shorter race)
Still the quickest, once you learn the jump you can get it first try everytime. Also wayy closer of a run then the house shown in the video. It's the OG out of bounds in Whiterun
Easiest way to do the gold ingot is to get a ride to Markarth and clear out Kolskeggr Mine. You can get a lot of gold ore and just smelt it into ingots. Way quicker to dupe with extra ingots.
To speed up waiting two days on PC: 1 - Bring up the wait screen 2 - Use your mouse to run the wait pointer up to 24. KEEP THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON PRESSED. 3 - Press the Activate key (default 'E') and... 4 - Run the wait pointer down to 1. 5 - Release 6 - Repeat With practice it takes less than 10 seconds to wait 2 days. This also works with the Sleep screen. Why would you want to reset inventories this way instead of 'SAVE/AGGRO/LOAD?' It lets time pass in the rest of the game world allowing other areas to reset, crops to grow, bounties to time out, etc.
Duplicated about 570 gold ingots made about 1100 gold rings which got me from level 52 to level 99 then proceeded to duplicate about 80 ebony ingots made some ebony armor and weapons which bumped me up to level 100 this smithing method is definitely legit. Appreciate you Jake
5:40 The best way to do it is to get a platter from Jorvaskkr (Companion's bulding by the skyforge) by joining them and just taking it. You then press it up against the wall where the companions like to lean on it, then run into the platter. If you do it right you clip through and can go around in a shorter path
Yep, that's how I do it. It's super fast and the best method. There's so many ways to do things in this game it's cool figuring it out and piecing the best strategies together years later.
I find it amazing people are still playing this and the fallout series, my badass brothers raised me with the coolest games and now my older self is re playing them 🤙
I recently purchased a PS5 and saw that Skyrim SE was on the PSN game catalog. Have never played it but knew of it. Man it’s overwhelming but in a great way! Thank you for the reminder to read my Bible. Have been slacking in that department lately but have heard the sign to change that. God bless
There is a faster metond to get to the smith chest. Got behind jorrvasky, grab a bowl on the barrel and go beetween the doll and the torch. Get some distance and run right trought it. Now head north and go up heal. (and don't worry, you won't fall). When you see the back of skyforge, go on the rock in the wall and pass trought it, now you will see the chest. Hope that helps (sorry about bad english).
Doubt you’ll see this, but, if you equip your pickaxe as a weapon and attack the ore deposits, it works and is faster than the mining animation! Probably my favorite little efficiency tip in the game it feels amazing with the faster time to mine
FYI if your follower successfully duplicated enough of said item for you (ie if there are multiple copies of the item you were attempting to duplicate) on the floor/ground, you don’t need to pick them back up and drop them again. You can just keep asking your follower to pick them up again. Leave and come back. You can keep doing it until the desired item no longer duplicates each time. They will gradually deteriorate and then you’ll HAVE TO do it that way, but until they cease to duplicate or you get all you want, whichever’s first, I wouldn’t bother. When you get enough (I generally pick them back up and drop them again when the grand total of total the last item that keeps duplicating reaches around 100-110 bcuz that’s my target amount. When you hit your target (should be in the 100-150 range, depending on how many you’re attempting per duplication session) amount, you’ll need to deposit the excess (amount over your target amount; example: target amount = 110; you have 165 on you, deposit 55) amount into a container bcuz the more you have on you, the longer it takes to drop each one. There is a max number of how many of each item it will duplicate. If you drop too many, the game will delete them all instead of duplicating them and you won’t get any of the item that it deletes. I’ve tested this and 150 is “safe” to drop for duplication. So yes, you CAN drop 150 of desired item you’re trying to duplicate, and it will still duplicate the vast majority of them. However, that’s quite time consuming, and you’ll see why if you try that many. I don’t know what the exact number is where it will begin to delete them, but I tried it once with 200, and that’s when it deleted them. I should also mention that everyone I see doing this in videos uses Whiterun, for some reason. I guess that’s fine if it works, but the game flags mine as stolen when I get them back out of her inventory, and then she won’t pick them up the next time bcuz the prompt on the screen says “steal” respective item. To avoid this, I buy a house and drop them inside the house. The bigger the house, the better…more space. Personally, I prefer Lakeview Manor (or one of the other 2 craftable houses from the original DLC) because of the nice square tiles. You don’t want to try too many different items at once either and the tiles make a nice evenly distinguishable space to tell how many items you’ve attempted to duplicate and where to drop them. Try to keep them inside the squares. While it’s not absolutely necessary to duplicate something, it’s possible that it could affect the success rate per item.
This comment could be 1 sentence.... you don't need to pick up gold when u come back, just trade with her, take her gold, then make her pick the ones up on the ground. Don't do more than 50ish or they will start deleting. Never had a problem with stolen.
Instead of running around the whole city just use one of the platters you carry to phase through the bottom of the sky forge. Can also get back up where you go in
With the Eorland inventory glitch, you can actually use a platter (found in companions hall) and push it into the side of the hall, near the underforge entrance. Run into it and you should fall right next to him. And im pretty sure you can use a bow to reset his inventory while you're underground
I haven’t been able to reset his inventory from under ground but I’ve had success with waiting like 2 to 3 in game days for it to reset his inventory naturally 😊
@devin roebuck I’m pretty sure the inventory of all Skyrim merchants resets in 2 (Skyrim time, not real time) calendar days. I mean I haven’t tested every single merchant in the game, but all the merchants in Markarth, Windhelm, Winterhold, and Riften do for me. It’s not exactly 48 hours. For example, if you’re coming out of Anleif & Sons Trading Company in Markarth after you’re done there for your current trip to Markarth for the day and you either sleep or wait 2 days manually or (and this 2nd option is better, I think) go to every single merchant you can shop with in Riften, buy everything you want from each one, only to take all their gold right back by selling them each a massively OP smithed piece of armor or a potion, if they’re alchemists. Immediately fast travel to Markarth and do the exact same thing with everyone there. Fast travel right back to Riften. Rinse and repeat. This can make you rich really fast.
@devin roebuck you’ll need to take into account what time of day it is when you’re leaving each city and how long it takes to get from each city to another. Typically, it takes me just over 24 hours to fast travel from Markarth to Riften; 24-26 hours. Markarth to Windhelm: 20-23 hours. You just need to advance the calendar 2 hours (example: Tuesday - Thursday or Monday - Wednesday) and you’re good to go again. Also you’ll need to max out your speech skill and get all perks on it. The top one adds 1K gold to everyone’s inventory, which you can take from each one by selling them something expensive.
Going through another Skyrim play through and when checking for any new methods to quickly level I came across this and just to let everyone know, from level 22 very nearly 23, it took 719 gold ingots to hit a hundo 👌👍
To add something to the process, save the rings and use them for enchanting. Make a bunch of enchanting potions, soul trap every creature you can with every soul gem you can get your hands on, and you’ve got all of the crafting skills to 100.
I did the forge glitch. The only modification I did was that i paid him to train me to 90 and got my money back via selling his stuff back to him. Occasionally to stepped out to raise my level a few times
Took me 258 gold rings to go from lvl 29 smithing to 61. And I just wanted to get enchanting armor upgrading. Only took me like 8-9 min to do only that
You guys can pull an arrow out with the bow look down at the ground and you’ll walk a LOT faster with too much in your inventory. You can take everything in the sky forge chest and sell all of it
If u go to the right of whiteruns doors once u enter, there is a small room with a barrel. If u hop on the barrel, u can hop onto the wall. It's an easier way to get the chest. Also in Markarth, dawnstar, falkreath, winterhold, and solitude there are chests
@@dovahkin813 I actually stopped using mods for a bit to actually try and get the hard achievements since I started using mods a long time ago and never got to them, but I actually use the way that you platform on some houses and jump over the wall, near Carlotta’s house
For method one, I figured out a glitch the jump over the wall. Get on a barrel in the guard post left of the gate. Get on and jump onto the wall, crouch, and go to the other side. Boom, right at the area.
7:55 You don't need to use the waiting system if haven't gotten the final word for unrelenting force to reset Eorlund's inventory. Just quick save and leave that area to go up to him so you can wack him like you normally do with any other vendor. You don't need to wait, using the waiting system is just a waste of time because its longer to reset.
(for begginers)If u dont want to use glitchs, u can simple get the black book "legendary something". Choose black market skill and sell everything u found on dungeons. Talk with the guy at sky forge every time u lv up. I have done this until i get lv 70 and isnt that hard. Like in rl, things are easier with money
I have a little less tedious method, if you have the dragonborn DLC. First, go to Solstheim, then you need to get 2 East Empire Company Pendants, then you'll need to dupe them at Whiterun, until you have 100. Then, just go to Solstheim again and then sell the pendants to the guy who buys them, after that, go to the skyforge in Whiterun, and talk to Jorlund. Ask him to teach you smithing, level up 5 times, then go to High Hrothgar and sneak attack one of the graybeards until you level up 1 time. (Not level up sneak, level up the character). Level up, then go to Jorlund, and repeat.
I know a faster way that requires no glitches. On top of getting your skill to 100, you can get ridiculous armour that literally grants thousands of armour rating. You have to know the fortify alchemy enchantment or have some fortify alchemy gear. One way to do this is to talk to the alchemist in Dawnstar who will give you a quest to get a fortify alchemy ring. Once you have 4 pieces of fortify alchemy gear (Helmet, Ring, Necklace, Gloves), go to an alchemy bench and make a potion of fortify restoration. (Using Abcedean longfin or Cyrodilic Spinetail combined with salt pile.) Drink the potion, remove your gear, then put it back on. You'll see that it now fortifies your alchemy even more. Repeat the proccess. Make another potion, drink it, then remove and put on your gear. You'll see the effect increase again. Repeat a few times until you have gear that fortifies alchemy a few thousand percent. Once that's done, make a fortify smithing potion (Blistwort and Glowing Mushroom). Make 3 or so Iron daggers or armour. Once you upgrade them, they'll be VERY powerful and worth a lot. You'll see your smithing skill increase by about 30 levels each time. You'll also max out your alchemy skill. PS: You can enchant that gear with ridculous enchantments like +21,000 magika or something by making a fortify enchanting potion and enchanting your weapons/armour. Use blue butterfly wings and snowberries.
i roughly used 940 gold ingots from where i was at, around mid 20s i think... few things to note, do not let your companion move at all, stack as much as you can close to them so they dont move, if the gold/items are too far away they'll walk over and get it, avoid that at all cost because if they move the gold on the ground will be less than what you dropped, ofc you wont lose anything but the profit will be less, you also dont have to pick the gold up, just keep telling her to pick it up, leave, go back in and repeat, i used like 45 gold for the last bit while exploring n such, drop like 50 gold, just let her pick it up, you dont need to. also keep the rings, use them for enchanting to 100
I’ve done the golden ring method, but I’ve just pilfered every iron ore mine and waited 30 in game days and repeat. It takes a while, but it’s fairly quick. Then I use the transmute ore spell and make gold rings for days. It’s also a decent way to raise your speech by selling them all 😂 If I remember right, it takes a couple hundred gold ingots to reach level 100 from 15. Also, I’ve found the Alteration skill is the quickest and my favorite to level up. Getcha the mage light spell, travel to Solitude, and stand outside the main gate. Face west, back up against the wall, and aim at the tallest point on the tallest peak of the mountains to the west. Fire repeatedly. It helps to have a magicka regen effect and/or increased magicka effect. You can run through it this way multiple times in under 30 minutes. And when I reach level 100, I’ll fire off as many spells as I can, and the moment I release the last one, I jump into my skill menu and reset my alteration skill, that way when those dozen or so spells hit, I jump from level 15 to 40 the moment I reset 😂
My cousin taught me this one, it's super easy: Step 1: do the restoration potion loop glitch. Step 2: make a potion of fortify smithing when you feel like its enough. Step 3: make a dager (or whaterver, personaly I made a dager) Step 4: take the super smithing potion and go to a grindstone to improve it. It should give you lvl 100 smithing.
@@serjdown8760 Alteration also. You can just make an op fortify enchanting potion, then enchant a ring or something to have zero cost for alteration magic. Than you just use telekinesis on any object, fast travel to somewhere really far away and your alteration will be up to 100. Best part is: since you already have an infinite alteration ring, you can always reset your alteration then do the telekinesis trick again. Infinite perks and infinite levelling
If you've got the hearth, or hearthstone, or home-and-hearth, or whatever, expansion (and you don't just wanna abuse glitches), then you should spam alchemy instead. Build your stuff, get the garden and the greenhouse, and plant the hell out of three things: Mora Tapinella, Crep Cluster, and Scaly phiolota. One of each of those make the Fortify Carry Weight potion, which is worth a massive chunk of money, and therefore XP.
instead of going under the ground to get out that way you can just go into the little area (either side) beside the gate and use the barrels there to jump over the wall. after that you can just go left and follow on
the best way to get smithing to 90 is to join the warriors guild quest in whiterun and get fus ro dah and pay for smithing with eurland then fus ro dah him and while he is on the ground and pickpocket the money which is 100% when hes on the floor youll only have a small window to pickpocket. You need to join the guild so he doesnt become hostile you use your shout.
I finally have a daedric armor man, even with the platinum trophy I didn't have it because the smithing levels, but finally. Had to sacrifice the lvl 100 pitpocketing to get enough level points to get to daedric armory, but it was worth. Now, could you make a pitpocketing 100 tutorial xd?
What I like to do when transmuting is give the lady at the bannered mare some firewood, and then use the bed to pass time instead of waiting. That way you get the extra xp boost
There's a much easier... well, shorter... way to get to that Skyforge chest. Get a rectangular wooden plate. Drop it on the ground on the side of Jorrvaskr Hall that's closest to the forge. Pick it up (where you make it float) and gently press it against that wall, then run forward. It's a little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it you'll glitch right through the wall and youll drop down below the forge right there, just turn around and walk over to the chest.
By the guys If you use the blacksmith method and have the good just buy out everything from him and collect your gold in the chest each time to help level up speech aswell
2-22-2024 no patch: If you repeat it over and over, having the follower pick up items they double after each loading screen. Let me try to explain: Say you drop 4 GI(gold ingot) and have soso pick them up then take them back and do it again leave come back there will be eight on the floor even though you had her pick up 4. So if you drop 50 and repeat above you’re doubling the amount with less loading screens. Idk if this is a big deal but I play on XB1 and the loads are kind of rough, let me know if this goes helps !
It took 923 ingots for me. Little over two hours. Would highly encourage employing the above comment method as well as having your follower continue to pick up instead of dropping every time.
From smithing level 20 WITH lover stone it takes exactly 760 gold ingots to hit smithing level 100. It will be much faster with better experience buffs. You're looking at 600-760 gold ingots total.
To people calling this dude names this has been on the game for a while now I once dropped 1,000 gold bars and had my follower pick them up ....made so many rings im still to this day selling them to the black market merchant and will be doing so for the next 2 years he is not an idiot everyone does this that wants to speed up their blacksmith
Faster way to get to the forge chest, 2 words, wooden plate. Close to the archery targets near the under forge entrance, drop the wooden plate (make sure it's not stolen) then hold the "take" button to move it in front of you, walk to the wall and run through the plate to the "under forge" and then you can just jump back out after you're done, saves a lot of time.
You could also just use the respuration glitches to create a fortify smiting potion that maces stuf billions of times stronger to sharpen any weapon at a grindstone worth millions (then you wil have lv 100 smitting instantly)
Around 900 gold ingots or a little more to make 1770 rings to reach level 100 in smithing maxx.I had a little to much time on my hands. It will take about two hours to do or more 😢.
There is a chest in four Holds. The one in Whiterun. The one in Solitude. The one in Dawnstar. The one in Markarth. Also there’s a chest in the Blue Palace.
Praise Zenithar for this video! My caveman character is complete and can now wield a dragonbone Warhammer before he even killed the whiterun watchtower dragon
Fastest way to level up smithing is wearing multiple enchanted armors with fortify alcamy on the use the were wolf armor glitch and make smithing potions if you get enough armor its almost instant just alot of prep
The best way i have found is to create about 100 Potion of waterbreathing, Alchemy will level up fast, see if u can get locksmithing enchanment. now build potion of restoration in the 1000% and enchant a gloves or whatever u like and build a set of leather clothes and ur good. Just buy enhancing them u will reach level 100 and repeat.
Fun useful fact with Method No1: you can glitch through the wall using a platter. Behind the training dummies is a lil corner where you can get through, to reach the chest faster. Good Luck!
@@SenpaiJake if you want to do the acrobat way, go to the right endside just after you enter whiterun gate and try to jump outside of whiterun using the barrels 😆. Painstaking work if you ask me
You can actually do this as soon as you enter Whiterun, in the chest are arrows and a hunting bow, by aiming directly at his feet, the arrows will hit, triggering hostility.
Fun fact while I was doing this i stumbled across the headless horsemen. I had just teleported to Whiterun when he was going down the road, first time I saw him in playing the game as I already knew he existed, nice.
And another way to get over 30k at the underground Smitty in case you're not advanced far enough to use the shout is to quick save the use your bow and shoot the ball and arch area of his for while he's at the grind Stone, you will know if you hit the right spot cause he will start to get off the bench then you do a load in your last save then jump up and ask about his inventory then exit out and check the chest, you do not have to actually go through his inventory to see what he has, just ask what he has for sell then exit out. I make over 30k in one game day before it gets dark so basically it's from 8 am to 8 pm
To make it more effecient only ever have 5 ingot in your inventory. That way you can just drop them singularly. Also make sure the follower doesnt have to walk to pick up the ingot for some reason it doesnt duplicate if they have to move.
I always use the jump from the barrel method right by war maidens to glitch out to skyforge.. makes it like a complete circle and still to this day works fine..lol
I know it’s been a year, but I found out that with the gold duplication. When you have a follower pick the gold up then you exit the gate then re-enter, you don’t need to pick the gold up and drop it again. Just get your follower to grab it then leave and enter. Rinse and repeat.
If you go to the left of the whiterun gate there is a barrel jump on the barrel and aim towards the whiterun gate and jump up on the wall and walk on the edge to the opposite side and it will allow you to jump off the wall and go to the chest it takes a little to get used to but its another way to do it
one method that might be better is to just use the fortify restoration glitch, bc listen, you can use the glitch of the staff enchanting to get enchanting to 100 in like 10 minutes, so just take 5 soul gems from dawnstar, enchant 5 items so you have 100% fortified alchemy and smithing, then do the fortify restoraion glitch, bc it also boosts smithing skills, then upgrade a weapon or armor piece, bc the weapon will be so crazy the price will be insane, thus leveling you up to 100 in 20 seconds, then just sell the item and bum, 100 enchantins, alchemy, smithing and speech, i aways do that since the aniversary edition released and really takes around 40 minutes, the thing that makes it take a little longer is leveling alchemy to 30, but that is a breeze, make a video of that method pls i would love to see it and spread the method
Lol, I saw someone say 200-300 rings, but I spent 2 hours straight duping gold ingots until I had 600 and then started making rings and almost ran out of gold when I started from smithing 55
Hey i really love you content and i also a believer so i think its awesome that you are preaching about that on your channel. plus your videos helped me level up alot in skyrim.
There is a faster way out of whiterun, just jump on the barrel at the right of spawn on whiterun, then jump, to the direction of the other side, you will fall out in maybe 3 tries
1:32 "Please don't comment down below that I am an idiot for doing it this way."

@@bigquazz3955Because exploits and cheats are two totally different things. Using a mod or console commands to instantly spawn stuff is obviously cheating. Exploiting built in game mechanics however isn't considered cheating, at least not to me.

Method 3 - Restore health glitch and make a ring with "Fortify Smithing". Equip ring. Create an iron dagger. Smithing goes to 100.
For real
@@tinknocker85 yes sir, can confirm. But it also means you can get overpowered items and it will kinda make the game boring real quick. So just use it once unless you want to become god himself 😅
Fun fact for you guys I'm literally playing skyrim for the first time ever on 2023 lmao
@@tinknocker85 Have fun! Let's us know if you plan to play a stealth archer (most players' 1st playthrough), a mage, or something else. Keep in mind that as you continue thru the game, you can switch midway. I find the best playthrough is one based on role-playing. Enjoy!
I'm playing as a twi handed ebony Warhammer wielding maniac haha having alot of fun
On one character, I had over a thousand of several different ingot types and that was before I discovered the duplication glitch.
i did the gold rings and ebony daggers
Making stahlrim stuff is quicker
@Comment_ Malone you gotta hit 80 first for Stalhrim lol
To clip through the Whiterun border, I start at the main gate entering the city, turn right immediately and right again into the alcove in the wall. There you can jump onto a barrel and jump over the wall (takes a few tries, especially if you're a shorter race)
Still the quickest, once you learn the jump you can get it first try everytime. Also wayy closer of a run then the house shown in the video. It's the OG out of bounds in Whiterun
the classic I grew up using
Easiest way to do the gold ingot is to get a ride to Markarth and clear out Kolskeggr Mine. You can get a lot of gold ore and just smelt it into ingots. Way quicker to dupe with extra ingots.
and they refresh every 30 in-game days! :)
To speed up waiting two days on PC:
1 - Bring up the wait screen
2 - Use your mouse to run the wait pointer up to 24. KEEP THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON PRESSED.
3 - Press the Activate key (default 'E') and...
4 - Run the wait pointer down to 1.
5 - Release
6 - Repeat
With practice it takes less than 10 seconds to wait 2 days.
This also works with the Sleep screen.
Why would you want to reset inventories this way instead of 'SAVE/AGGRO/LOAD?'
It lets time pass in the rest of the game world allowing other areas to reset, crops to grow, bounties to time out, etc.
Fucking genuis. 😅
thank you so much, this help alot cuz i can't reset his inventory by punching him or dealing any kind of damage ♥
In the Anniversary edition, 670 iron ore were necessary to max out smithing.
What did you make to max it out with iron ingots?
@@GrungeBro1990 probably daggers
670 iron ores being turned into gold can be 335 gold ore made into basic rings so that might be it
@@dominikgreen3977that wouldn't be as effective as just making them into gold ore then turned into rings
@@GrungeBro1990he said ore, not ingots so they might have been turned into gold

The best way to do it is to get a platter from Jorvaskkr (Companion's bulding by the skyforge) by joining them and just taking it.
Yep, that's how I always do it
I find it amazing people are still playing this and the fallout series, my badass brothers raised me with the coolest games and now my older self is re playing them 🤙
I recently purchased a PS5 and saw that Skyrim SE was on the PSN game catalog.
Love this thanks
This comment could be 1 sentence.... you don't need to pick up gold when u come back, just trade with her, take her gold, then make her pick the ones up on the ground. Don't do more than 50ish or they will start deleting. Never had a problem with stolen.
This is great good job at the explanation but you wrote like a whole Skyrim book 😂
Instead of running around the whole city just use one of the platters you carry to phase through the bottom of the sky forge. Can also get back up where you go in
There is also a wall that is not a wall in whiterun and it will let you go through the ground
With the Eorland inventory glitch, you can actually use a platter (found in companions hall) and push it into the side of the hall, near the underforge entrance. Run into it and you should fall right next to him.
And im pretty sure you can use a bow to reset his inventory while you're underground
Omg I never thought of this
I haven’t been able to reset his inventory from under ground but I’ve had success with waiting like 2 to 3 in game days for it to reset his inventory naturally 😊
@devin roebuck weird, because all you should need is to damage him.. anyways it's a super easy way to get in so it wont take too muxh time extra
Well you don't need shout to reset Eorlund's inventory. Just shoot him with a bow or use flames - I believe flames should reach that guy 👍
I didn’t know that thank you!
They took that out in an update I used to do that too they moved the barrel so you can’t do that
@@deroachmotel7576I can still do it but the unofficial patch does what you describe so maybe you’re using that?
@@dovahkin813 I actually stopped using mods for a bit to actually try and get the hard achievements since I started using mods a long time ago and never got to them, but I actually use the way that you platform on some houses and jump over the wall, near Carlotta’s house

7:55 You don't need to use the waiting system if haven't gotten the final word for unrelenting force to reset Eorlund's inventory. Just quick save and leave that area to go up to him so you can wack him like you normally do with any other vendor. You don't need to wait, using the waiting system is just a waste of time because its longer to reset.
if you load your quick save after whacking him is his shop reset?

(for begginers)If u dont want to use glitchs, u can simple get the black book "legendary something". Choose black market skill and sell everything u found on dungeons. Talk with the guy at sky forge every time u lv up. I have done this until i get lv 70 and isnt that hard. Like in rl, things are easier with money
I’m confused. What is the black market skill?
if you fus ro dah him after joinging the warriors guild and pickpocket while hes on the floor you get training for free
This way sounds way slower
Been patched
Bro if i didnt come upon this video i wouldve been stuck on smithing level 25 forever apreciate your help 🙏
Stumbled across you but the ending about praying got my subscription
i roughly used 940 gold ingots from where i was at, around mid 20s i think...
few things to note, do not let your companion move at all, stack as much as you can close to them so they dont move, if the gold/items are too far away they'll walk over and get it, avoid that at all cost because if they move the gold on the ground will be less than what you dropped, ofc you wont lose anything but the profit will be less, you also dont have to pick the gold up, just keep telling her to pick it up, leave, go back in and repeat, i used like 45 gold for the last bit while exploring n such, drop like 50 gold, just let her pick it up, you dont need to. also keep the rings, use them for enchanting to 100
Damn that Gray Mayne glitch is amazing, I've been waiting 48 hours and hopping the wall by the front to rob that chest
My cousin taught me this one, it's super easy:
Step 1: do the restoration potion loop glitch.
Step 2: make a potion of fortify smithing when you feel like its enough.
Step 3: make a dager (or whaterver, personaly I made a dager)
Step 4: take the super smithing potion and go to a grindstone to improve it.
It should give you lvl 100 smithing.
Yeah that's why I do, it also helps level up Alchemy (obviously) and speech by selling the glitched potions or the glitched weapons

One of each of those make the Fortify Carry Weight potion, which is worth a massive chunk of money, and therefore XP.
instead of going under the ground to get out that way you can just go into the little area (either side) beside the gate and use the barrels there to jump over the wall. after that you can just go left and follow on
Yo I'm level 98 smithing this dude the best person ever
the best way to get smithing to 90 is to join the warriors guild quest in whiterun and get fus ro dah and pay for smithing with eurland then fus ro dah him and while he is on the ground and pickpocket the money which is 100% when hes on the floor youll only have a small window to pickpocket. You need to join the guild so he doesnt become hostile you use your shout.
Instead of going all the way to Halted Stream Camp, just mine the gold ore vein just outside Whiterun, below the Great Porch of Dragonreach.

Pick it up (where you make it float) and gently press it against that wall, then run forward. It's a little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it you'll glitch right through the wall and youll drop down below the forge right there, just turn around and walk over to the chest.

2-22-2024 no patch:
If you repeat it over and over, having the follower pick up items they double after each loading screen. Let me try to explain:
Say you drop 4 GI(gold ingot) and have soso pick them up then take them back and do it again leave come back there will be eight on the floor even though you had her pick up 4.
673 ingots to go from 19 - 100
To people calling this dude names this has been on the game for a while now I once dropped 1,000 gold bars and had my follower pick them up ....made so many rings im still to this day selling them to the black market merchant and will be doing so for the next 2 years he is not an idiot everyone does this that wants to speed up their blacksmith
Just so you know, it takes about 1100 gold ingots to get from level 15 to 100 without any the Warrior Stone and Lovers Comfort. (While crafting rings)

You could also just use the respuration glitches to create a fortify smiting potion that maces stuf billions of times stronger to sharpen any weapon at a grindstone worth millions (then you wil have lv 100 smitting instantly)
In case you didn't know, you can equip the pickaxe and swing at ore veins, it is WAY faster than the animation.

Good Luck!
Thanks for the info! I love it when help comes from the comment section
@@SenpaiJake if you want to do the acrobat way, go to the right endside just after you enter whiterun gate and try to jump outside of whiterun using the barrels 😆. Painstaking work if you ask me
Instead of dragging the bar you can just hit pgdn a couple of times and it will drop to 1.
Pro Tip: Use gloves of the puglist, can be found in the ratway, best gloves for fighting and they make you extremely OP for fistfighting.
You can actually do this as soon as you enter Whiterun, in the chest are arrows and a hunting bow, by aiming directly at his feet, the arrows will hit, triggering hostility.
Much easier way … buy 2 of whatever Ingot you want to dupe from any merchant .. then do glitch saves mining the ore n transmute spell
Fun fact while I was doing this i stumbled across the headless horsemen. I had just teleported to Whiterun when he was going down the road, first time I saw him in playing the game as I already knew he existed, nice.
You'll have to craft 1770 golden rings.
No way lmao
If you use the sky-forge glitch and only get leather and leather strips craft leather armor and it’s a worth a lot more smithing Xp

I am so hyped up for it too!!!
Man my mind is blown after not playing for 12 years so much ive forgotten
I know it’s been a year, but I found out that with the gold duplication. When you have a follower pick the gold up then you exit the gate then re-enter, you don’t need to pick the gold up and drop it again. Just get your follower to grab it then leave and enter. Rinse and repeat.
If you go to the left of the whiterun gate there is a barrel jump on the barrel and aim towards the whiterun gate and jump up on the wall and walk on the edge to the opposite side and it will allow you to jump off the wall and go to the chest it takes a little to get used to but its another way to do it
If you have Harthfire dlc you can just get one piece of iron and make nails

one method that might be better is to just use the fortify restoration glitch, bc listen, you can use the glitch of the staff enchanting to get enchanting to 100 in like 10 minutes, so just take 5 soul gems from dawnstar, enchant 5 items so you have 100% fortified alchemy and smithing, then do the fortify restoraion glitch, bc it also boosts smithing skills, then upgrade a weapon or armor piece, bc the weapon will be so crazy the price will be insane, thus leveling you up to 100 in 20 seconds, then just sell the item and bum, 100 enchantins, alchemy, smithing and speech, i aways do that since the aniversary edition released and really takes around 40 minutes, the thing that makes it take a little longer is leveling alchemy to 30, but that is a breeze, make a video of that method pls i would love to see it and spread the method
Lol, I saw someone say 200-300 rings, but I spent 2 hours straight duping gold ingots until I had 600 and then started making rings and almost ran out of gold when I started from smithing 55

There is a faster way out of whiterun, just jump on the barrel at the right of spawn on whiterun, then jump, to the direction of the other side, you will fall out in maybe 3 tries
