Though there is no conflict in this particular problem between the two methods, in some problems the conflict may occur, so could you please tell me which method should be followed?

Hello Ma'am, your videos are great and really helpful. I have a doubt regarding, why are we not using the "Ratio column" in the simplex table. In our previous problems on normal maximization and minimization, the key row was selected by choosing the least positive value from it (Please correct me if it is least non negative i.e. if zero counts). Here we went for directly the largest value from the solution column, I'm a little lost here.
Same douht, may be it's a mistake ,to find ratio we have devide the solution with key column eliments,in this problem 1÷(-1)=-1, that's why mam select highest positive but it's a only positive value
when the solution value is divided with the corresponding key column value we need to consider least positive value of ratio column. but in order to save time, this is considered coz dividing will yield a lower solution.
