yes it's true...I was a young employee then at the Commission on Audit dept assigned at the Ministry of Human Settlements. There were a lot of projects dedicated to school buildings and roads as well as the Bliss housing project and many more...I haven't forgotten what Cory's admin did to destroy/dissolved everything that former PFEM/FL Imelda had established hence the country took a set back of 35 yrs instead of being at least no.2 in Asia...so thankful that PBBM won to bring back at least what the Phils lost. even a little bit since his term is only 6 yrs. sad that he can't be re-elected again.

I think it's true 💯 maganda ang mga Health services noon especially sa Militar. Nagkasakit Ako ng Lukemia, kung hindi advance ang mga Medical Service noon sa Camp Crame baka patay na Ako. Kaya hindi man ako nakatira sa Pinas però ginagampanan ko pa' rin lagi ang aking obligasyon sa pagbabayad ng tamang Buwis sa mga ariariaan na naiwan sakin dyan sa Pinas bilang isang Pro Pilipino. Mahalin at ipagtanggol natin ang ating Bansa dahil walang kahalintulad yan sa iba. ❤

Ang contractor ang may sala duon, hindi yong nagpagawa. Kung hindi ipina-iral ang safety first kasalanan ng contractor yun. Ang balita noon ay concrete roof ang nag collapse.
