Yes. Quinn stood right next to her while she killed Baras for being schmuck enough to 'force him' ... My Warrior always, always blamed BARAS for that particular mess, not Quinn.
I like that perspective. I haven't actually gotten to that point with my warrior (I was running an inq with some friends and was along for the ride with their warrior) so I'll have to keep it in mind when I get there. :)
I always interpreted Quinn's attempt on the Wrath's life as half hearted, following the letter but not the spirit of his orders from Baras. How many dumb giant robots has the Wrath tore apart by that point?
Honestly the one I was most pissed at after that incident was Jaesa. She has one job, and its easy as fuck with her special power.
His uniform is different now that he's a major. That's a nice detail.

That honestly would've been the best choice. Why side with either of them? They both just want us for the weapon and it would let us remain neutral and only involve ourselves if needed.

Wouldnt know about the deaths. I dont generally kill companions. Killed only one of them in SWTOR. But that was my Nox and he isnt a nice guy.

I adore the heck out of Quinn. But my favorite companion reunion remains Torian's in Ch 14. He actually grabbed my girl, Kastiel's butt. Totally Mando move and absolutely yummy!
Quinn might have betrayed you to Baras but at least he had a better reason than Koth.
Quinn was stuck in a matter of Sith Politics
Defy Baras=100% Death
Betray SW and Succeed= life
Betray SW and Fail, = High Chance of Death but non-zero chance of life
@@milesedgeworth3667 I agree with this. It's a reoccuring topic in SWTOR, as we are shown time and time again how Sith politics always undermine the livelihoods of many imperial operatives. Additionally, I'd say Quinn was actually justified. Out of all the crew members he was the only one who directly answered to and was commanded by Baras. And although Quinn chose to be stationed under the SW, ultimately he would always answer to Baras. For example, if Baras wished to station Quinn somewhere else Quinn would probably oblige.
In the end, I can't really see how Baras ordering Quinn to kill SW is any different than Baras ordering SW to kill Darth Vengean, or Overseer Tremel, those which the SW was once a direct subordinate to. The entirety of SW's storyline is built upon this dynamic. As the SW you are constantly ordered to draw out and cut down Baras' now former agents, old and new, operatives that could have worked in tendom with you if the circumstances were any different. And no, Quinn defying a Dark Council member vs an old, demented Moff are entirely two different things.
Keeping all of that in mind I had my SW feel empathy towards Quinn and therefore had him forgive his Captain.
@@Krikariokidna different though. Quinn betraying someone he is romantically involved with is a lot different than the SW killing vengean, and remember, you have the choice to kill tremel. If you choose to kill tremel and then have a problem with quinn's betrayal then you'd be correct though

Hmmm ... The Sith Empire sided with the Alliance and came to its rescue even beforehand on Voss. Meanwhile, the Republic sent a guild of assassins after us, shot down our shuttle, and otherwise tried to underhandedly steal leadership of the Alliance. Who should we choose? (hint: my Pubbies chose the Empire, too)

To be honest I wanted to make a sith that was as not powered by hate, but by love and loves wrath
It wasn't hate that drove my own Warrior, although she did feel it sometimes.
Still, she was more driven and empowered by anger and rage, the passions that overwhelm us when we're wronged or otherwise compelled by a powerful sense of righteousness. Wrong her, and she will use the anger that fills her to MAKE YOU PAY.

The one of my favorite classes and storyline (also faction) how could I ever betray The Empire.
Eleanor and Quinn both top kids in their class but their only one teachers..you can get both if you chose trooper or warrior classes but you got to betray one side to get them both damn.

Oh my, you really do understand how I have crafted the dynamic between my characters.
Because yes, there's a neat divide between my LS-siders and my DS-siders. Except for Kastiel. She remains "the one to convince" whenever they're looking to decide the way ahead and all her siblings will generally wait to see what she does first-off.

And it's not just Kastiels more or less 'neutral' standing when it comes to empire and republic, with the other four working in the favor of each side more or less
She's always trying (and most of the time succeeding) in protecting the others
Even saves Lusiel
I mean, sure, Lu and Khy don't know of the other three, so they CAN'T help
Not blaming them
But in a way Kastiel is more like Lucian than anyone else
And not so much younger than Lusiel anyhow
Still think it will be funny for the two oldest ones to fight alongside each other the first time
Or Cam and Lu fighting together the first time
I pretty much can imagine the horror on their enemies faces xD

I'm so glad to hear you liked the stories! My sibling-characters make me happy, too, lol! And the more recent stories involving Shadow of Revan storyline and KotFE have required me to do some quick revising, yes. Since I've been moving various details around, I have been writing and writing. Without necessarily POSTING the blurbs, either. At least until I can verify it all FITS together the way I envision it in my head. Basically, I need it to make sense to ME before I can trust it will make sense to YOU. But I'm definitely working to make sure my siblings are all good to go and not outside Bioware's amazing story, all at the same time. Cheers!

In this expansion, how do you keep your relationships in it? By that I mean I was on good terms with my first sigh warrior companion but in the expansion she hates me.
she hates you because you might have kept the shock collar on her.
Vette loved my Warrior even before the expansion. I made sure to get my companion influence up on each one of my companions before going into KotFE though. (Even Skadge liked my Hunter beforehand, mind you .. that was weird)

Thank you! She's wearing the Satele Shan armor set, there. I used a red/black dye to give it a more Sithy appearance, though. Red is Lusiel's favorite color and just about every piece of armor she wears will include red.

Whispers to you: before he was arrested, because of course he knew he would be arrested, Quinn had Torian hide his children. At the time, the planet of Mandalore was still successfully secure relatively speaking from the eternal fleet so it was a good option. Torian hid them away in a stronghold on Yavin 4, along with several Force-strong teachers and Mandalorian guards like Jagger who pretty much stayed there all the time. After Torian was brought to Odessen, he revealed the children's location to the siblings and they continued hiding them, there. At one point during the KOTET conflict, their location on Yavin was compromised and they were brought to Odessen permanently.

if i was a girl, even if i had give a little chance to Quinn, it would all be over on the first betrayal. This scene would be extremely out of character to me.
So you're saying only a female thinks past the most superficial level of story-telling, in fact? That doesn't speak well of guys, mind you.

I would think a female Warrior who'd romanced Quinn though would even more easily see past the surface and wonder, "Wait a minute, this doesnt make sense." That entire betrayal with Baras never really meshed with Quinn's character arc, is what I mean. You have to dig deeper to figure him out, is what I'm saying. (I also think that a player who does finds out Quinn's a really interesting character, mind you.)
@@phyreblade My personal interpretation of that betrayal was desperation. Baras is powerful enough to choke men through holocom, who knows what other manipulation he's capable of. Quinn probably always knew that the warrior was the "spare" and that this would eventually be his task (he owes a debt to Baras after all, so he can virtually ask him to do anything). We've seen Baras wilfully torture prisoners; we know that Quinn favours mostly light side choices throughout the playthrough (anything that's practical, benefits the Empire and isn't evil just for sake of being evil). At the point that the orders would actually arrive - if in in love with the warrior - I think he would be desperate enough to arrange some less painful method of killing her than whatever Baras would be capable of doing to her in case he failed.
@@hawkins347 I've long believed Baras had a particular Force ability that allowed him to manipulate the people around him; that's what helped him achieve such a convoluted network of spies and sycophants. And Quinn endured that insidious influence for YEARS before the Warrior took him away from Balmorra. So that it was likely simple enough for Baras to convince Quinn he was somehow capable of not only defeating the Warrior but really, truly hurting her (difference between a quick, simple killing and a long torturous ending) … my own Warrior turned her rage onto Baras, therefore. Because it was Baras that compromised Quinn and forced him to act against her. Quinn says: "I didnt want to but he's forced my hand." My Warrior NEVER blamed Quinn.
