Battery life, mowing time before charge is required, and replacement batteries all factor into a battery powered mower. The price of a new battery after 1 season can be the same as a new mower.

Stan nothing better than a cheap push mower when we used to cut grass we would go to Kmart and by there $90.00 push mowers but most lawn service companies don’t even carry one on there trucks use string trimmers in there place

These are perfect for where I’m at. The wife and I downsized house and yard when the kids went on their own, just a tiny yard now. The big mowers and zero turns were a necessity when I mowed 2+ acres. Enough of that for me. That electric one I may just buy. Done fooling around with all the equipment.

But after owning 4-6 gas push mowers over years I'm ready to try out Milwaukee mower. Just to high $$$ for mower when I have 3 gas push mowers all self propelled work great. So I'll wait

I have a Hart 20 volt, self-propelled, mulch or bag mower. I love it! There is a one finger lever under the hand grips for self-propel, which eliminates fighting to pull it backwards - just turn loose of the lever. I like that it really does a great job of mulching. I've been using it a couple of years. I also have a Hart blower and string trimmer that run on the same battery as the mower.
I'd like to see you test the new battery powered riding mowers. They are really impressive.
    Thanks for the video!

Hey hey there Stan,, hope all is well, today was a very productive day, got the college work taken care of , then made breakfast, then helped my dad with his truck real quick, then we poked at the commercial equipment o was graciously was given from you, and were taking the hedge trimmer to go get serviced for when i get ready to trim bushes and ornamental grasses for the season, and then after that we came in and had some lunch, pulled pork was delicious. Then after that we cleaned the back porch off, then my dad took a break and we went outside and washed a sack of apples for my mom to make some Jewish pole cake and some apple pie. Then i went into he basement after we finished that and i cleaned it top to bottom. It was filthy, filled an a entire vacuumed bag, oh it was bad, but cam out looking great. And then my dad took my leaf blower and a battery and cleaned off the pool area, it had a few lawns but likes to keep up on it. Then for dinner we had bbq chicken and Mac n cheese and some jersey corn, then we headed off to college where i got just a dash smarter haha and then on to home, a nice shower and now im sitting here talking to you, my bestest of friends, keep on rockin stan, hope your day was as exciting as what i did, god bless and go get em, your pal and friend Alexander costa

I have a POWERSMART 196cc 22" RWD self propelled mower for 5 yrs of heavy use in my big 250' long hilly bumpy yard plus 3 neighbors yards & had no problems til this year a spring fell off & the self propel won't disengage. But soon as the new springs arrive it'll be back in action. My model they no longer sell & yeah, forget about finding parts, its a bear! I only paid $215 but they are almost $400 now, not under $300. I bought a YARDFORCE RWD recently 160cc & it's 15 lbs lighter so it does wheelies! It cuts terrible & bogs down in high grass where the POWERSMART never did, I'm returning it, it would be better with FWD instead. Too light for RWD. I had a TORO FWD for 17 years but it always had starting problems.

Mr. Genadek - I've been following your channel for a fairly long while and I'm happy to see some consumer product reviews. I'd be curious if you'd do more of these from the perspective of both a homeowner as well as a contractor that uses power lawn/garden/snow equipment regularly.
Lawn/garden/snow equipment is absolutely moving to battery-electric power and I understand why. No gas, no oil. Just charge the battery and go. I'd LOVE to see you put some "competitions" together for that kind of equipment. Being in MN, how about including the Toro 60v lineup? How about the major power tool brands like Milwaukee, Dewalt, EGO, etc.?
As always, thank you for putting together a good video!

Power Smart self propelled .... You must must must try ethanol free gasoline for easier starting and less vibration. Also for these Chinese engines. After running it for the first 30-60 minutes. Dump out all the oil while the engine is still hot. Filter the oil though an old t-Shirt and look for metal filings. Put oil back in or toss it and put in fresh new oil. Chinese engines not made to as good tolerances as Honda etc. who they copy. So you might get those metal filings on your first run 30-60 minutes.

Lemme tell ya something. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING CALLED YARDMAX! Chinese junk! I bought a ‘22 around 5-15-23 and used it only about 5-6 times. It is made with extremely cheap components. The plastic knobs for closing and locking the handle broke off. The height adjustment broke off. The front wheel broke as I was using it and the axle came out off place. The plastic for the undercarriage cracked in two requiring its complete removal. That cover the belt and pulleys for the self propel assembly. Needles to say, that can no longer by used. Surprising no engine issues (yet) and it will cut serious grass-provided you have patching up skills. THIS POS IS CHEAP FOR A REASON AND YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!

These things are junk. I've worked in them. If something breaks u can't get replacement parts

If a human being can't go out in purchase a lawn mower on their own without the help of your video then they probably shouldn't be mowing their lawn to begin with they should probably be looking to hire someone to do it for them I don't think there is an unreliable push mower or walk behind mower on the market nowadays

But you're watching video! I'm very glad I did research & got good deal. But if a human being is watching a video & leaving comments about other people watching same video maybe you should be less of a know nothing know it all cranky blowhard! Just sayin'...
