I like the idea of the Trix being sort of sidekicks first and then independent villains later. Makes more sense. Why would they be evil alone and then go sidekick for someone else?
I think Aisha's hair and fairy form are my favorite parts of this redesign. I love how her wings are pink to match the Morphix. And speaking of, I love the lore of Morphix, since it just was Aisha's source of magic in canon but we didn't get more details of what it was beyond the things it could do when controlled by Aisha. I loved the story. I also want to shout out how talented you are at drawing. I've looked at drawing tutorials and I do want to become better. I just want to say how amazed I am at your work both with animation and through the narrative. Looking forward to hearing more.
I legitimately love the diverse body types you’ve given the girls! The fact that all the characters had the exact same body type is very much a product of winx being a “early 2000s girl cartoon”
For me, having Aisha getting her fairy power from the pixie and becaming the guardian of the pixies or something like that would be more dramatic.... Your videos are amazing ♡
I like the way that you created like a backstory for magic power morphix cause it actually sounds special but the Winx club writers never say anything about it other than explaining what it does. So, thanks for that.
was watching this but what the "in universe" explaination for hair not getting tangled is just some side effect of the magic used to travel underwater, it's some kind of jewellery (doesn't matter what it looks like, could even just be a rune carved into the jewellery tbh) that aisha's people get given when their real young maybe it, something most people get but don't use for more than a day trip, it could be the precursor to a spell the ones who go to a magic school of some kind or another learn especially if they went to a minor school in aisha's country since in my mind at least the more minor schools would probably have specialties related to the country who's borders they reside in.
uuuuh can't wait for the maps!! i'm loving the word building! since aisha will be there from the beginning will hers and musas relationship progress be different from the original as well? much of their initial relationship started from feeling outcast from the group, and if aisha already has a friendship with bloom wont that somewhat change? will there be something like the pixie X fairy bond? if so will it actually have some purpose? one of my pet peeves with the early seasons was that the bond did nothing at all, it was just an excuse for the fairy to be close to a specific pixie... love that lord darkar is there on the background from the beginning! you said the trixies will be more mischievous than evil in the first season, so will they still be the big bad of the first season? you talked of the big battle in alfea, if it still happens does that mean the trixies still have the whole arm of darkness thing? looking forward to what comes next!!
This video was absolutely amazing. Your design of Layla/Aisha was just fantastic and the choice of outfits was really nice. I really enjoyed the different colors schemes that you picked, just because they really do an amazing job of bringing your design out better. As for your rewrite/lore for this video. It was fantastically well done. I absolutely enjoyed how you incorporated elements of Winx Club Season two into your rewrite with some greatly appreciated fan desired lore fun. Thank you so much for this beautiful and wonderful video. I honestly enjoyed it and really looking forward to seeing more Winx Club characters videos from you soon. I know that you said that you are doing The Trixs, but have a video before them. I am so happy to say that I was one of your first 500 subscribers, Winx Club is one of my favorite shows and I enjoy hearing your ideas of a new Winx Club show suitable for an older, more mature audience. I know that you haven’t hit 500 subs yet, but I’m betting that you’ll get there soon, and probably get to far more overtime, but I’m happy to be here at the beginning.

Actually Aisha is her original Italian name. Layla was the doing of 4Kids TV in America then the Cinelume dub followed suit to make any interaction with that dub as easy as possible then it sort of had a domino effect on every other country besides Italy

I'm curious: in your country version wichever it was: her name was Layla or Aisha. In my it was Leyla and then after recording a few episodes they probably turned out that it is bad pronouncation and she became Layla
You say that they are all guardian fairies except Stalla but Ayesha could go either way. Is she the essence/aspect/embodiment fairy of water/waves or is she the guardian fairy of the ocean?
I can see how she could go either way, but shes an embodiment type fairy that sort of ended up being an unofficial protector of pixies/morphix by chance
