Good point, but what would be the best for the US and in turn the world, would be if the Republican party gets back to it's former glory, when they actually had intelligent people in it. The last good republican was arguably Eisenhower, not sure what happened to the party. Or better yet, use any voting system other than the FPTP so that it's not a eternal battle between just two parties, like it is here in England.
