Since I came to England it was difficult to get good Urdu novels in libraries. I asked the librarian to add some great books from Urdu literature. She asked me to send a list of books that Urdu lovers would like to read. I have a list of books written by Bano Qudsia, Manto and Ahmad Nadeem Qasmi. I don’t know much about contemporary Pakistani writers except Farhat Ishtiaq. I know you are very busy but it will be great if you could suggest some Pakistani contemporary writers representing the great tradition of Urdu literature.

Tbh i kinda liked and related to Zain.. i wanted a bromance between sikander and him... and when at last he fell on his knees infront of sikander and apologized crying.. i literally bawled my eyes out. I wanted a genuine hug atleast but from sikander's pov.. it's justifiable that he lost SO MUCH bcz of Zain so it's... just ok? May be..idk but overall i LOVED the book.

Agreed Hania fits best for Liza’s character but Hania is not a good actress isilye shayad novel parhne k baad agar uska drama dekho tu cast ko dekh kr disappointment hoti hai because directors producers wants their project to be a hit so either they cast a pretty face or they can choose talented amazing actors

Boht sat-hai novel hai. Kafi had tak predictable. Story me sirf aik twist tha umme maryam or sam wala. Warna baqi story kafi had tak predictable thi. Ya shaid muje nemrah ahmed k novel parhny ki adat hogai hai jis pe hr episode me twist pe twist milty hain. Boht choti si story ko boht lamba khencha gaya hai... Hr cheez itni literal hai hr baat ko bar bar repeat kia gya hai hr emotion ko likha gya jese reader already nahi samj sakta k koi character ese kiun react kr raha hai. Sirf liza or sikander k roma waly scenes enjoyable thy Or jo log keh rahy hain k drama justice ni kr sakta. Bhayi Novel me esa hai kia k justuce na kr saky. Two sides of a character dikhana koi itna mushkil to nahi. Ese charcter to hr dosry dramy me hoty hain. Muje hairat hai k ye novel Netflix k lye select hoa. And i doubt the taste of people who's favorite novel is this lol

I think yeh novel ka drawback nahi hai balke it depends more on your readind preference. Mein bhi Nemrah Ahmed reader hun aur mujhe yeh novel zyada acha laga, Just going with the flow, smoothly. Na shadi koi dramatic tareeke se huyi (jiska aksar writers ko pta nahi konsa craze hota hai), seedhe tareeke se. Nemrah apne plot khwamkhawa mein complex krti hain adhi story to plot samajhne mein hi lag jaate hain k phr koi new jhatka aa jaata hai jiski wajah se realism nahi rehta. Jab tk 3-4 baar na parh lo, mini-points nahi clear hote. I like this style of writing, seedhi baat, no bakwas.

@@NayyeraKhan drama plot ko justify kr skta hoga kyunke wo simple hai but characters itne simple nahi hain. Emotional influences and behaviour wo actors pr depend krta hai k kya krte wo ab. Aur kuch logon ko wese hi pasand nahi hota drama bane kisi book ka, because book ki baat aur hoti hai, ab ap sabki imaginations pr to pura utar nahi skte na.
He was rude to ignore her he is afraid of developing relationships...and the trauma he gone through effected him....keep in mind the person wether woman or a man who gone through abuse rarely live a normal life they show their aggression I worked with an organisation where I met with people who faced even childhood abuse couldn't live normally after marriage. ..they hate touch ,they cry for nothing they shout they don't trust they want to cry on someone shoulder but can't find that shoulder when they cry and share his/her pain they don't want to face you for many days ....so you can't change the reality just to show love and bubble gum story to young people......rudeness for showing angry young man n bossy attitude of just love stories I condmn but here it doesn't apply😮
For me Liza should be Sanam saeed because Italians are not very gora like British they have very different skin tone they are attractive, mostly Italians are tall sharp face features like long face and sharp nose whereas mahira compliment as ume e Mariam

سکندر کوئی بگڑا ہوا مرد نہیں تھا کہ جس کی بدتمیزیوں کو چُپ چاپ برداشت کرتے ہوئے لیزا نے آخرکار سکندر کے دل میں جگہ بنا لی تھی۔ اور بگڑے ہوئے کو سُدھار بھی لیا تھا۔ اور یہاں یہ درس دیا گیا کہ عورت صبر کرے تو بگڑا ہوا مرد سُدھر بھی جاتا ہے، سنبھل بھی جاتا ہے اور اُس کے دل میں اُس عورت کی محبت بھی پیدا ہو جاتی ہے۔ یہاں یہ جہالت نہیں بتائی گئ۔

Tbh i kinda liked and related to Zain.. i wanted a bromance between sikander and him... and when at last he fell on his knees infront of sikander and apologized crying.. i literally bawled my eyes out. I wanted a genuine hug atleast but from sikander's pov.. it's justifiable that he lost SO MUCH bcz of Zain so it's... just ok? May be..idk but overall i LOVED the book.

I think yeh novel ka drawback nahi hai balke it depends more on your readind preference. Mein bhi Nemrah Ahmed reader hun aur mujhe yeh novel zyada acha laga, Just going with the flow, smoothly. Na shadi koi dramatic tareeke se huyi (jiska aksar writers ko pta nahi konsa craze hota hai), seedhe tareeke se.
Nemrah apne plot khwamkhawa mein complex krti hain adhi story to plot samajhne mein hi lag jaate hain k phr koi new jhatka aa jaata hai jiski wajah se realism nahi rehta. Jab tk 3-4 baar na parh lo, mini-points nahi clear hote.
I like this style of writing, seedhi baat, no bakwas.
