Thank you so much for reacting to this and for supporting Ren bro, really appreciate it. I didn't take your commentary as a critique at all, always interested to hear how different people interpret it and relate it to their own lives,so thanks for that. Looking forward to your Sick Boi reaction. If you got the time to do the Money Game trilogy in one vid then go for it,we'll be here for it either way😁Much love from the UK🙌
This video is just a small peek at the incredible persona that is Ren. I truly appreciate your slant on this and look forward to going down the Ren rabbit hole with you. 💛🤘🤙✌️
You broke down Ren’s ideas through the prism of your experience in a digestible and thoughtful way. Pretty sure he’d approve. :) Thanks for the reaction. And as an aside? Love your voice - reminds me of that happy chuff lions make. 💜🥔 Settling crying babies could be your super power. 😄
Ren is an inspiration and encouraging presence to the many people who have found themselves in seemimgly impossible Circumstances with little or no strength left because he has been there too. He was recently back there for a couple of months of relapse and admited he had hit the bottom of what he could bear. He then took the encouragements offered and his ability to use therapeutic treatments and began to recover and explore ways to share that with others. He has worked out in the gym since he was a teenager and only missed that when at his sickest and it helps with the inflammation and pain. We all have our own authentic experiences in life to share from so thank you for yours too❤
Yeah, I got hit hard by that word insidious too. In part because I relate to many of the pains he speaks of. The hardest part of unrelenting pain is how insidious it really is in changing you, twisting your soul even as you try to hold on to who you are. Sometimes I look in the mirror and I don’t recognize myself. I find myself resenting my previous pain free life. How naive I was, how oblivious to the way it seeps into you, poisons not just the moments of your day but even who you thought you were. I miss my previous self and I resent her, because I don’t think my younger self would like me, and I promised myself I would never let myself fall into the dark. Yet here I am in the dark and it was unescapable, there was nothing I could have down to stop the darkness from entering my life. Like REN I hope that what I am going through now will someday have purpose, meaning. I get that feeling of dichotomy, the certain knowledge that there is no hope, the pain I feel now will never go away, it will only get worse. The loved ones I am watching suffer will not be recovering, and the only outlook left is death, and death is not something to look forward to because that is the end to the love that I need that I get from them. And in spite of that despair somehow I still hold onto an impossible hope. That I will have moments of joy again. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your perspective as always.
If you want to find out more about Ren & his health struggles he has a series of 8 Chapters on his other channel, Renmakesstuff, each one 15-20 minutes long with a song at the end. The most inspirational speech I've ever heard, very relateable.
Ren did have 3-4months of psychosis. It was his life, not just life for most. He is in pain always because of the neuropathy caused by the destruction of his body by the Lyme disease. I understand though where you are coming from relating ir to your own lessons.
I didn't see any critique in your comments at all. And Ren's words are so deep sometimes that you DO have to pick them apart. Like chicken wings. You have to pick them apart to get all the meat. Lol. No, the way you pulled out the pieces and applied them to your own life experiences was great!
Really appreciate to watching this, hopefully you see this clip defines Ren and you now should understand his work more. There is an excellent piece he wrote 4 years ago that I feel is coming out of his crossroads in a positive way, try "Ready for You" sometime. Like all his work, it is unique, but on most peoples top 10, it is in there or up there.
I like to see reactors watch all 3 Money Games in 1 video. And the same with Jenny, Screech and Violets Tales. I feel like it kills the mojo if u break them up. Enjoy the ride!
Learn to listen... How many times did you interrupt this beautiful message, only to say things that Ren was saying much better? Sometimes you were pausing and talking so much, that you were completely misreading what Ren was saying. Yu think that Ren doesn't know that darkness is a constant? He's in physical pain 24hrs a day ffs! Listen more...

Every once and awhile you encounter truly wonderful humans.
Ren is one. Just 1 reason we love him so much. 😊

It's as thought provoking and inspiring after watching it a dozen times as it is the first. Ren can (and has) changed lives.

If you rewind a little, after pausing, you won't miss anything. :) Though longer pauses may need longer rewinds, to get you back into the flow.
