I got one to and it's completely overhauled except for the 4 big caps they where still good, it's a powerhouse with high end audio quality!

Sounds soo.good my question is why doesn't the number of watts change it stays at zero even when the volume is high.. I thought the number on the bottom would change as the volume goes up and down what don't I understand.about that number?

That's number is muesure by watt. It does change when you increase the volume.
