This 2017 Ram 1500 Sport is really something special. Not only has Rocky Ridge Trucks agreed to lower a truck, but it has also been through Richard Petty’s Garage for performance upgrades! You get more power than a SRT Challenger, but in a functional package you can use everyday!
The Petty Performance Package includes a Magnuson TVS 2300 Supercharger running 6 psi of boost, cold-air intake, Magnaflow dual-exit exhaust and a custom engine tune from Richard Petty’s Garage. All of that allows this RAM to produce over 500 horsepower. That’s more than a 6.4L SRT Hemi V8!

I applaud Dodge for still offering a loaded, top-of-the-line, sporty *single cab* V8 truck to the public, unlike GM and Ford, which top models are only available in 4 door configurations.
As of 2020 , RT single cab Is still available in Mexico!! The only thing that has changed is that the seats are not entirely leather anymore... Too bad I can't import it to Canada, where not only is not produced anymore, but the ones that are still available are very scarce.
A guy at a dealership told me Dodge made only around 120 of these for every province.

My stepfather bought a brand-new RT back in 2001. That thing drove like a dream. Powerful and sophisticated.
That’s the only thing to do with those single cab , lower it ,supercharge or hellcat swap it , turn it into a modern SRT 10 tribute. Those wheels are nice too similar to the srt 10 viper style wheels. Super cool truck.
2012 single cab short bed 4x4 ,first thing done debadged,Matt black hood on grey truck and REAL hoodpins,cold air biggest KN filter I put on,and an outlaw muffler ,love my ram!
Don't forget the all terrain tires.

This truck puts out 50 more hp than the SRT10.. I had an SRT10 and loved it.. But someone wanted it more than i did, so i sold it.. lol. I'd much rather have one of these with the 5.7lt HEMI, than another V10. because you can't tow with those regular cab SRT10's, And with a supercharger pulley swap, this one would be putting out about 650hp..

A 6.4 swap would have been MUCH COOLER......I DID A 6.4L SWAP ON A 2011 JEEP BLACK OPS EDITION. IT WAS THE 1ST 6.4 CRATE MOTOR MOPAR SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. I HAD TO USE 5.7L exhaust manifolds to make it fit because it was a super tight fit. AEV LIFT AND WHEELS 37" TIRES, 5.33 GEARS. IT WAS A BEAST....
Wish there was a 2020 RT :( just gonna end up getting the regular 2020 classic

yup, its pretty useful its usually for winter when theres ice on the mirrors it melts it off. i had a 2013 rt with it and id use it all the time
Yep, I’ve got heated mirrors in my 2016 charger, very helpful. When you turn on rear window defroster it also turns on the mirror heaters
I know it's just a 4x2 reg cab sport, but I wish you could get the R/t with 4 seats.

its not supercharged its a cold air intake
You can see the TVS supercharger on top of the engine at 1:36. It also has an aftermarket cold air intake box.
