I want to see that milo Murphy’s law is actually a cosmic being and they have to do what they did across the second dimension and it’s a big fight scene! At the end of the season tho it will all build up to it
100% yes. Having watched it 10 times (some 12 due to doing transcripts for the Wikipedia) in just 10 months, I can say I'm addicted. I adore Milo's upbeat personality.
@@CinderFallenAngel Honestly, that kind of situational irony is always hilarious to me because either the writers aren't prepared for when the show gets axed or they've been prepared for the inevitable so many times that when the opposite happens and it finally wraps up everyone either begs for it to stay dead or a small, but vocal minority encourages it to rise up again only for the revival to somehow suck worse.
TRON: Uprising comes to mind... Seriously, that show already had a built-in fanbase (Including me) who were excited to see the series come back, but the show got put in terrible timeslots and was cancelled unceremoniously despite the fact the fans want to see the show continue!
Honestly, it's like they think the Disney branding should be enough to pull viewers in and if it doesn't work then it must mean the show itself is the problem.
they do that with so many shows. like with The Owl House they cancelled the third season before the first one finished airing because it "didn’t fit the Disney brand". a lot of people speculate that it was because of all the gay stuff but thats not confirmed either way. its more likely that it was because it was a mostly serialized show that you couldnt really just jump in wherever and the show was a little too mature for disney channels target audience. but the thing is, they had no faith in the show. they didnt think it would do well at all which is the main reason why it got cancelled. once the show was doing well enough with a very quickly increasing fanbase, they did the same half-baked apology they did for Milo Murphy's Law. at least the owl house was able to finish its story (rushed) with three longer specials. those people at disney really dont know what a good show is
I blame Disney Channel for not treating their animated shows as good as their live action ones. I remember a time when shows like Phineas and Ferb shared an equal amount of time slots with the sitcoms and made everyone want to tune in.
Technically Gravity Falls would have easily gotten a third season if Alex Hirch wanted it as it was the most popular and highest rated show on the channel. He just wanted to end on season 2 since the beginning. Huge respect.
I thought I heard that he had planned on making it 3 seasons, but then season 1 was so much work that he wanted to just stop and not even continue it. But then the show was so popular that he decided he had to at least make a conclusion, and he asked Disney if he could just do 10 more episodes but they told him the minimum was 20 episodes. So he ended up making season 2, and then he wanted to make the series finale into a full movie, but Disney said he would have to finish the 20 episodes first and then make the movie separately instead of just turning the last episode into a movie. So that’s how we almost got 3 seasons, then almost had just 1 season with a cliffhanger, then almost had a movie, and finally we ended up just getting 2 seasons, and there will never ever be a 3rd season or a movie or a spin-off show or anything.
@@MiloMurphysLaw no reason we only got 2 seasons was cause Alex experiencing burn out and also Alex does want to return to that world and wants to either make a movie or make a really epic game (neither can happen though unless we pester Disney about it)
@@Friendstoyourend Alex definitely wants to tell more Gravity Falls stories. But according to him, Disney just wants more of Dipper and Mabel, which to him their stories is done, and I agree. He really wants a story based on Stan and Ford’s adventures on the sea, which would be amazing! That would make an excellent video game.
it really is a shame because murphy's law and uprising were both terrific series and both horribly mistreated but hopefully we haven't seen the last of them
@@yunopoopy i genuinely found MML better than P and F because of its serialised storytelling. P and F very rarely had storylines across multiple episodes. For me, it felt like MML treated the audience smarter
@@muhammadHassan-kj1jy My wife and I prefer Milo Murphy's law as well. Phineas and Ferb is a lot of fun, but there was just something fun about all the insane destruction and chaos that occurred in MML. We are also big fans of Weird Al so we had a blast listening to the songs on the show.
@@yunopoopy Honestly, despite liking it initially, I grew out of Phineas and Ferb, and looking back, there's really not much about the show that I find all that interesting. I think the reason it got so popular in the first place was it was the first animated series Disney had made in a while, and everyone latched onto it and praised it like Walt himself came back from the dead to make it. Okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration, but still, it really frustrated me that Phineas and Ferb got so much praise and focus while shows like TRON: Uprising, Motor City and Wander Over Yonder got screwed over.
@@The2ndDimension Milo Murphy's Law should've done a live show to find an audience. :( With Milo and friends costumed, songs from the show, and more, live on stage. :( Milo Murphy's Law Live! Make it happen one day. :(
@@CinderFallenAngel that’s why whenever I feel like watching P&F, I usually only watch the hour long specials because they’re the best episodes. Or I just watch Across the 2nd Dimension. I’m pretty sure I’ve still seen that movie more times than I’ve seen Avengers: Endgame
@@MiloMurphysLaw Agree totally on that, I often found it hard to go back and watch specific episodes because titles leaned so heavily to whatever PnF were doing, I had to actually look it up because I adore Doof. (Disney+ still has 2 incorrect episode titles in S2 or 3 I think) ATSD I've watched quite a few times and my friend totally adores it. I love how super loose the MML reference was to it. Melissa: It was the thing in that one movie with that guy. Zack: The other dimensionator?
Two things to say. 1. I hate how Disney doesn’t even do reruns of the show anymore, which just makes it so there will be no new fans if people just watch Disney Channel or Disney XD. 2. Please do a video on Wander over yonder.
I'm sorry that MML really ended. I loved it too Maybe this'll help you feel better. Search Ash and Dora's Adventures of Milo Murphy's Law. Note that I've only finished the first episode so far AND YES PLEASE TALK ABOUT WANDER OVER YONDER
Yup, Milo Murphy's Law was struck by Murphy's Law. I just wish Disney would acknowledge the show instead of completely forgetting it existed. Like, it would be nice to at least see a MML Chibi Tiny Tales. I love this show so much and because it didn't get the attention it deserved, that's why I felt the need to make videos talking about it. I was like, "If no one is going to talk about this show, I will! ):
@@Crazycrazy13449 yeah I can remember every single time that I saw a new episode for the first time. I have so many great memories of this show, from the very first episode, to Missing Milo, to Fungus Among Us with the surprise Doof appearance (which was still somehow a surprise to me even though I saw him in the commercials before the episode came out), to the year and a half long hiatus, and watching the season 2 episodes online from international recordings, the P&F Effect hype, the confusion about Lady Krillers not airing, the rollercoaster of the rest of the season 2 episodes with Cavendish and Dakota splitting up, and Doof and Perry not being friends anymore, and the mystery of the Octalians, all the way to the hype of the season 2 finale which unfortunately ended up being the last episode of the entire show. Until Disney finally releases season 3…
I’m pretty sure it aired at 5 am in my time zone, but I still got up early enough to watch it for like the 20th time (I had already watched the Japanese version that released several months before it aired in the US)
This is so unfortunate, I do remember that the show wasn't THAT talked about but I never imagined it got this badly treated. It sucks so much how Disney mistreats show creators, I mean they weren't some new creators who never made a show before, they made them Phineas and Ferb, such a long running show. They deserved better, they are Disney veterans and deserve to be treated like it.
Agreed, and they totally pulled a Nickelodeon, not supporting an original idea, basically banning it to their failure channel… they’re literally Nickelodeon!! Nick does the same thing, with any new idea, it airs on NickToons to cancel the show on purpose.
@@DoofenSpyroDragon16 Honestly it makes you wonder why they even bother greenlighting these shows in the first place. Cartoons are so ridiculously expensive to produce so you'd think they would try their hardest to make it succeed

@@FilipinoFriedRiceYT oh I thought u have a problem with roblox youtubers, my bad :,) well ig in order i will just sub to you ig, anyways have a nice day fellow filipino
I really hate Disney's treatment of the show, though I just love how you can tell Dan and Swampy really wanted more Milo by squeezing references to his show in the CATU movie. Love that they tried to skirt around Mouse's attempts to stamp out the show entirely-- Chop Chop Chop getting a full album release just because it made a cameo for a few seconds is so danged clever haha. I mean, they even got Weird Al to reprise his role for the planned cameo. They clearly want more Milo just as much if not more than us MML fans and gosh dang it, I wish Disney would give it to them.
I didn’t even know that the show existed until I found this channel and found it on Disney Plus. I went to that Disney Channel morning block a lot, since new DuckTales episodes aired there and it was pretty much the only TV show I was invested in (aside from Trollhunters on Netflix) between Penn Zero’s ending and finally watching Gravity Falls in order on Disney Plus. The only reason I even watched the show in the first place was because Phineas And Ferb was in it and that is my biggest comfort show.
I came in as reliving my childhood so I watched PnF again (It had been many years since I last watched it), saw people mention Doof was in MML, and knew I had to check it out. I came for Doof and stayed for the entire cast.
The show is great on its own, and that's what I love about it. The PnF connections are the icing on the cake if you're a fan of that show for sure but even if you're not you can enjoy the show all on its own. It's a real solid show that deserves more love
Several of the PnF fans I asked at work, had no idea about Candace Against The Universe. You can see where MML and CATU seem to share ideas, such as The Chicken Replaceinator and theme of going to an Alien to rescue someone. Although MML failed to actually get off the planet. You could even have the PnF cast come rescue them, what a finale that would be. We'll just ignore that The Chicken Replacinator would be used to return home.
After the end of "Sphere Loathing in Outer Space", did Milo and friends apparently DIE in an accident with the spaceship, going back to Earth? Or did Dr. Doofensmhirtz use his chicken-replace "inator" to get back to Earth?
@@DanielJones-sy5iw Well we know atleast Doof made to Earth, and that crash didn’t seem nearly as bad Doof’s attempts at landing things, so I’m sure it’s perfectly fine. They could just use it to get home easily, since we know it was on Octalia (but he did throw it and the Reducinator aside)
@@apersonwhomayormaynotexist9868 Yeah, it was made in P&F. Doof wanted to make people laugh at Roger so he made the inator to give something for people to laugh at.
It's a real shame it didn't continue. It has way more hilarious/over the top supporting characters than Phineas and Ferb and just has a lot more supporting characters in general. There were so many weird ones like two weirdo's who can time travel with a time traveling car, a society of even bigger weirdo's that live in the sewers, a teacher who may or may not be a vampire, government agents, a paranoid traffic guard, aliens and so much more.
We still never found out if Draco was a vampire for real or not!! I wanna know!! I can’t be left on a cliffhanger!! Or a Cliff faller! (Like if you get the reference)
I found the show as someone who never really could get sucked into Phineas and Ferb episode but I found Milo Murphy’s Law by Doof’s theme song takeover and I decided to give the show a try and I absolutely loved it. It was fun, it was funni, It had enjoyable over arching storylines I just wish they had picked up a 3rd season.
This makes me so happy to read, knowing that there are people out there who genuinely likes the show because it was actually a really good show on its own. That's how I feel about it. While the PnF crossover stuff is the icing on cake for me, being a huge fan of the original show, the show stands on its own as a great cartoon even without all that stuff in it.
I just found the show because at like 6:00 AM on a school day in sixth grade two years ago, I woke up and was about to go back to sleep until I heard the theme song, I was literally sold after that
Milo Murphy’s Law in my opinion had the possibility to be on the same level maybe even greater than Phineas and Ferb IF Disney just gave it a chance all I can say is I pray someday we will get a milo Murphy’s Law movie, a renewal for season three or a reboot
Have to agree totally. We got see Cavendish, Dakota and Milo really shine as characters, no longer were Cav and Dakota confined to just having their missions ruined by a random element of Murphy's Law.
I remember when mml first came out, I really liked it at first, but I lost intrest by the time Missing Milo was being promoted cause younger me thought that time travel and pistachio monsters were weird. Then last year when Candace against the Universe came out, I decided to revisit mml and got hyperfixated (and I still am hyperfixated). Now I’m sad that I missed out on a lot of the promotion and hype and I’m really hoping for a season 3 ;-;
I do want Milo Murphy's Law to have A Third Season because I love Weird Al as Milo and he is great and so is The Cast and seeing Milo Murphy's Law with a Third Season would be Amazing!🤩💙👍😄❤
I don’t think it’s over. If Candace against the universe took 4 years to release after the shows finale, I think milo Murphy’s law still has some hope. Maybe this and Gladiators video might up the antsy for the shows return.
The thing is, P&F is a cultural icon. So many people know and love it, and it truly was probably the perfect animated show. It makes sense it got a movie. MML is amazing but it doesn't have anywhere near the cultural legacy or the mainstream appeal as P&F
I fortunately had Disney XD at the time, when I was a small child, my grandparents had Toon Disney as apart of their package & I loved shows from the Disney Afternoon as a kid, especially Ducktales & was sad that the Disney Channel no longer played the reruns, heck, it was Zoog Disney for a while, so I begged my parents for Toon Disney because I only got to watch the channel twice a year & well, they didn't budge on figuring out how to get the channel ourselves. It was just apart of my grandparents' cable plan back in the late 90's & early 2000's, I was super jealous of it. Can still remember, it was channel 75. Anyways, my dad is huge on watching TV, he still watches TV to this day so around 2006-ish, he upgraded to digital cable, I got to watch Toon Disney & Nicktoons Network which both were great except Jetix had pretty much taken over Toon Disney so I didn't get as much of what I wanted but like super early mornings sometimes, they'd play reruns of shows from the Disney Afternoon. Nicktoon Network was that special surprise, I was heavily a Nickelodeon kid during the 90's so seeing those shows on TV again, man, loved it. Anyways, my parents still had it when it changed to Disney XD, I was sad about the change, actually didn't delete the recording Phineas & Ferb premier of Tip of the Day for three years since it premiered on Toon Disney & I loved rewatching those Toon Disney bumpers plus, I really like that episode, long story. I found out about Milo Murphy's Law before the premier due to Olivia Olson telling me when I cosplayed as Dr. Doofenshmirtz to Rose City Comicon & I knew to watch out for it. They even put the first episode up on their official youtube channel so I shared it with every Phineas & Ferb fan I personally knew. I did meet a lot of people who were P&F fans but never heard of Milo Murphy's Law, funnily enough, I told this person I met at a con about it, we were both cosplaying as Hawk Moth from Miraculous Ladybug which is how we became friends & we saw each other at a Halloween cosplay party at an arcade, they were Dr. Doofenshmirtz for it & that's when I told them about Milo Murphy's Law & surprised they never heard of it. Funny part is that the arcade actually started playing episodes of Milo Murphy's Law on their TV, I think they had it tuned into Disney XD & that just happened to be on, was playing after we did some laser tag. I do wish the network treated it better, so many good shows die off too soon because networks mistreat them.
Here's something I know all of you are going to love. I’m currently working on a Hamster & Gretel fanfic, but it isn’t merely that. It will be a crossover between all three shows made by Dan and Swampy, tying up loose ends from where MML abruptly ended.
I love MML so much. I had heard of it when it started but didn't watch it because it didn't really fit in with where I was life-wise at the time. But I did watch the cross-over episode! Was a little confused since I hadn't seen season one but I loved everything! Never heard anything about season 2. If I had known Doof was in it, I probably would have watched at that point. Once I got Disney Plus in the summer of 2020, I finally watched it and absolutely fell in love with the show. I think season 1 is better than season 2, but in no way did it deserve the treatment it got and the show really could have done so much with a 3rd season. It's a really sad state of things. The worst cancellations are the ones that aren't even cancellations :(
You know, it's actually kind of fitting how a show about a protagonist doomed to have horrible luck wherever he goes ends up getting getting hit with terrible luck.
MML is like the middle kid. P&F is the oldest kids, very successful who paved the way for his siblings to come, MML is a failure and H&G is the youngest kid, guarded so well that it won't be a failure.
The whole “put cartoons on a channel behind paywall” deal, with the whole recent “Disney brand” thing definitely looks like Disney XD was the channel Disney would put shows they feel like doesn’t fit the branding but still want a season or two of the show anyway. “This show doesn’t fit our family friendly brand, but you can go into the corner, under the curtain, and behind the pay booth and wait for anyone to come watch you, now if you excuse me, we got to milk Star Wars and Marvel some more”.
It’s sad because all my childhood shows were on DXD. It’s a great channel. But it needs to be free, as nowadays it’s used for over edited TH-cam videos
Disney seems to hate their TVA, honestly. As an Elena of Avalor fan, I can only really speak for that show, which got screwed over hard despite all the awards it ultimately won. They quit the merch after a year because it didn't make "Frozen" sales, and just never promoted it, so no one (even the kid audience) really knew what it was. Not to mention they kept moving the schedule around and ultimately tossed it to the Disney Junior Channel (which, like XD, is a premium channel most people don't have even if they have cable) because most of their viewers were in the 2-5 age demo, because everything HAS to be broken into demographics. Then they're throwing their hands up going, "WHy are the ratings and sales so low?!" Because y'all forgot how to market to kids...Who don't use the internet the same way teens do. They don't know what fandom is. You NEED to SHOVE IT IN THEIR FACE for them to know it exists.
Cavendish and Dakota deserve their own spin-off show. But unfortunately I don’t think Disney would ever greenlight that, so Dan and Swampy would probably have to hide it by putting it as the B plot in a Doof and Perry show.
Cav and Dakota are great characters, their relationship reminds me so much of Doof and Perry (which I love), although Cav has a far shorter temper than Perry and Doof is probably a bigger a child than Dakota.
I remember never seeing this show on tv and seeing on Disney plus and just being like “wow this show is really good! I can’t wait for the third season of it!” That was 2 years ago
I can kind of see it from both sides when it comes to time slots. - You can't fit the same series in the same slot, unless you have multiple channels. _Which they tried, but it didn't do as well._ _A possible fix to this would be like you said, have those channels on the same package instead of separate._ - Another way would be to make the time slots random to what series goes in. _Downside to this is that you might confuse your audience that's expecting a certain show._ _But `Guide` is pretty good at showing future aired shows. Although I guess time consuming to do it every time._
In Portugal, Randy Cunningan was in the Disney Channel (we only got Disney XD 2-3 years ago) at freaking 5am... Like what ? Season 1 was at 7am, so I could watch it while preparing for school, but second season at 5am.... what... I was heartbroken
And now 3 years later disney seems to be struggling to find new good animated shows for their disney plus channel because it really feels like so many animators have just up and left or ended series that could have brought so much more potential if they hadnt made it so hard for the animators.
Props to Disney for apologizing. I guess their corporation isn't so cold and faceless after all. However, they can _really_ make it up to the MML creators and their fans by giving the show a Season 3. Doesn't have to be today. In fact, even a series reboot a few years later would be much appreciated.
I don’t see them as cold really, they just dug such a deep hole over the years by owning everything that they have to pay for everything. Like paying for all the shows, movies movie productions, several Disney parks and construction etc. it’s a lot of money but their way of going about it is horrible
"isn't so cold and faceless after all" are you forgetting the dumpsterfire of Mulan and their cooperation with the CCP to film near a concentration camp?
@@notenoughmemes1847 You act like everyone who works at Disney is some kind of monolith that makes the same soulless product. Compare something like Gravity Falls or Andor, the live action Mulan. Clearly there are different people that work on different products at Disney.
I recently got back into Milo Murphy's Law, and I personally think it deserves another season or at least a special. The ending was so abrupt. It would also be fun to see more of my favorite characters in more episodes like they deserve.
I loved watching Milo Murphy's Law. I found out about it from being a fan of Weird Al. I hadn't seen Phineas and Ferb before watching it, but knew of it and it's characters. When Doofensmirtz crossed over into the show he became my favorite character and I just had to go back and check out some Phineas and Ferb. Now I'm a fan of both. (As a side note: I got Weird Al's complete boxset [called the Squeeze Box] of all his albums on vinyl records held in a faux accordion, and it includes an extra exclusive album that had various other songs he did that aren't on his albums. One of the ones on there was Milo Murphy's Law's theme song. This was right before the show had aired or around the time it started airing, so that's pretty cool.)
Milo Murphy’s Law has become like one of my favorite TV shows and it still is SO important to me. I’d kill for a new season now that Phineas and Ferb is coming back
I love Milo Murphy's Law! Someone on fb said to watch it help save it, so when I got Disney+ (which was a year later than the US), That was the first show I watched. I loved the entire show, and, since I had never really seen Phineas and Ferb, I then went and watched it, and then rewatched MML to catch all the P&F references. I actually like Milo Murphy's Law more then Phineas and Ferb, because it feels more original. You could watch 2 P&F episodes and then be able to predict 85% of the show with 75% accuracy (not real statistics), with the only real differences being what Phineas decides to build and Doof's -inator. I really like their different episodes, with Act Your Age (the one where they're aged up) being my favorite. MML just felt more original and fun, you never knew what was going to happen. Since I have trouble putting why I like things into words, I usually judge by desire to rewatch. I don't think I'll rewatch P&F, definitely not anytime soon. Maybe a few episodes here and there, but probably not the entire show. I do want to rewatch MML, not really soon, I still have enough on my To Watch list, but I'll definitely rewatch it in its entirety sometimes between now and 3/4 years. (Since I am a big Star Wars Fan, MML will always get rewatched less than The Clone Wars, Rebels and The Bad Batch, that's just how it is.)
Totally agree, me and my friend both prefer MML. PnF was too formulaic and MML just felt more free. I actually have more favourite characters in MML. I'm due my 11th rewatch some point this month, probably start next week.
I remember watching the seson finally cross over as a kid and I remember seeing the part were Doff comes into the room and as soon as that happened both me and my brother screamed and got so exited because we loved both Milo Murphys law and Phineas and Ferb
MML was my obsession for like a year, I still like it just not as much. Dakota and Cavendish where always my favorite but I still loved like 99% of the characters
Yeah, Cavendish and Dakota were definitely my favorite characters, but I also loved Milo and Diogee. And personally, I really loved seeing Doof in season 2 since he was my favorite character on P&F, and he’s still one of my favorites on MML.
I've always loved the Dakota/Cav relationship because it reminds me alot of the Doof/Perry relationship. Milo's upbeat personality is addictive, and Diogee I just love Diogee. Melissa is everything I wanted to be as a teenager girl, smart, witty and confident within myself.
To add onto the whole Disney XD two season curse: Disney just wildly shortened the third season of “The Owl House,” despite it being the channel’s most popular show by a wide margin. Also, I can’t help but find it curious that the show was shortened right after the episode where a lesbian ship is essentially confirmed.
Disney didn’t care about the show and tbh, it didn’t have its own identity since characters from P&F keep showing up. It was just a show where beloved old characters show up and get disappointed when they didn’t. The characters didn’t make an impact to be cared for themselves
In the UK some of the episodes aired on Disney Channel and Disney XD was on the same package as Disney Channel until they shut down disney channel UK and moved to disney plus.
I never got to see it live on Disney Channel. By the time it came around, my family switched to streaming services before it even AIRED. So I didn't even get to see it until I found it on Disney Plus
I'm glad I decided to give the show a shot on Disney+. I had finished binging Phineas and Ferb after the announcement of new seasons and also watched the new movie for the first time. Then 2 weeks ago I was bored one night and decided to watch it not expecting anything. What a fun show I missed all these years and what a shame it didn't got to properly end! Melissa is my favorite character, she's a lot of fun
3:33 Oh yeah! I loved watching the Sun and Moon series a while ago! But yeah, it’s a shame this series only got two seasons and not a proper conclusion. Also if I ever become a show runner, I may turn to Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network with me not having 1 or 2 seasons.
I got really sad towards the end of the video, as this show was special to me too. It ended dreadfully, but if Disney XD shows always end too early, then this was bound to happen. Oh yeah, 'Missing Milo'! That did have some epic moments, I completely agree! And I still laugh so hard at the peach bit.
for what it’s worth the show is starting to get some recognition from the company again - it was prominently featured in disney xd’s christmas lineup this year in terms of both promotion and reruns (a christmas peril being the first episode to air on any disney-owned channel in the us since 2019) so that’s a good sign
I want Milo Murphy’s Law to return. They said there would be a third season released on Disney+ depending on the ratings of the show but I think I got great ratings to me the show is just as popular as Phineas and Ferb was. We never even got to see Sara and Neil from the comic shop kiss.
Maybe Milo Murphy will return in a crossover with Hamster and Gretel. This crossover will be a much more proper series finale, with songs from the show, revealing the fate of Milo and friends from the Season 2 Finale.
I literally didn't know the show existed until after season 2 finished. I adored Phineas and Ferb and only found Milo Murphy's Law because I was looking up Phineas and Ferb-related stuff one day and came across MML through some Doofensmirtz compilation.
in 2018 around halloween i was wondering what happened with the crossover i belive and was like huh i guess it was cancelled and kinda gave up on the show , glad i found your channel loved milo :D
I remember being engaged in the show when it premiered, finding it decent back in 2016. But man did the hectic release schedule the following year made it a hassle in keeping up with the show. Especially with the Phineas and Ferb Effect taking so, so long to come out in English. I'll revisit it on Disney+ in the future.
It did seem like at times they weren't 100% sure on the best way to utilise him in the series as sometimes he did threaten to overshadow episodes, but when they hit that sweet spot it really worked. (Abducting Murphy's Law is a brilliant example)
Doof was a good addition and was hilarious in several episodes, but he did overshadow the regular cast at times and really should have remained more of a fun supporting character rather than have such a huge spotlight.
@@toddclawson3619 Totally, Sick Day and Now I Am A Murphy did fall too much on Doof. Although I do wonder how they could have padded them out without his part.
LONG Comment! Excellent video! To answer your question, I not only did watch Milo Murphy’s Law Season Two while it was airing new episodes in early 2019, but Milo Murphy’s Law was the first TV show that I remember being really excited about before it even premiered. I of course absolutely loved Phineas and Ferb and I had hoped as soon as Milo was announced that it would be a massive hit and long runner for Disney like Phineas and Ferb was and that it would fill the void the Phineas and Ferb left after it ended. I was really disappointed that wasn’t the case and I honestly saw Milo Murphy’s Law Season Two being the last Season as early as summer 2018, as like you mentioned in this video not only was there no new episodes of Milo Murphy’s Law aired in America in 2018, but there was also very little reruns or advertising either compared to the tons that the network was doing at the time for shows like Star vs. the Forces of Evil and DuckTales. Had Milo Murphy’s Law Season 2A aired in America during Fall 2018 like originally planned as you mentioned in your video, I definitely think that the show could have gotten a Season Three as it was doing much better in the ratings once episodes were premiering on Disney Channel instead of Disney XD. As Hamster and Gretel is supposed to be premiering on Disney Channel, hopefully it will be a hit right from the start. Disney Channel has been doing a good job with promoting Big City Greens and The Ghost and Molly McGee and I definitely think that Hamster and Gretel looks like it would fit very well with those two shows on their lineup!
A couple years ago, someone on the Milo Murphy's Law amino somehow managed to get leaked versions of all the season 2 episodes before they came out, so that's how I experienced season 2
I hate to say it, but I thought the inclusion of Doofenshmirtz was a mistake. Season one was the stronger season for me because of the MML characters getting the focus. Season two was too reliant on Doof and it brought the season down for me. Camos or the occasional appearance might have worked. But practically every episode took away from the MML characters and really, for me, Doofs appeal as well.
I was really gutted knowing that a third season was unlikely, I really loved this show and I was really hoping for a time where they could develop Bradley, he was my favourite character...
I need to watch again, I don’t remember a character called Bradley. (To be fair, I watched all the episodes only like once. I need to see it several times before I have it memorized 😆)
I am really sad we never got a season 3 but, part of me finds it funny that the series canonically ends with them stuck on an alien planet technically.
As someone who had Disney XD, I loved all the XD original shows. For some reason, they just clicked with younger me. I remember growing extremely impatient waiting for season 2, but I definitely enjoyed getting more doof. Hopefully Disney realizes that the shows on XD deserved better, and could possibly get Disney+ specials.
I loved Milo Murphy’s Law when it first came out. It was really funny and managed to stand on its own…until Doofenschmirtz became a main character. Literally the worst decision they could’ve made (aside from the poor advertising and scheduling but I’m talking about the content itself). With Doof as part of the main cast MML lost its identity and became The Doofenschmirtz Show (in which Phineas and Ferb already WAS The Doofenschmirtz Show). If the show ever escapes renewal limbo I really hope Doof leaves the main cast.
How do you want Milo Murphy's Law to return? And what was your experience watching MML?
I want to see that milo Murphy’s law is actually a cosmic being and they have to do what they did across the second dimension and it’s a big fight scene! At the end of the season tho it will all build up to it
Fungus A M O G U S
I really want it to continue 😭😭😭. It made 77th of the top 100 series on Disney+ but Disney doesn’t care.
100% yes. Having watched it 10 times (some 12 due to doing transcripts for the Wikipedia) in just 10 months, I can say I'm addicted. I adore Milo's upbeat personality.

GOLD COMMENT
Anything that could go wrong, did go wrong.. didn't it
It all fits...
It’s kind of crazy how Disney doesn’t promote shows they think won’t succeed while also setting the show up to fail from the get-go
TRON: Uprising comes to mind... Seriously, that show already had a built-in fanbase (Including me) who were excited to see the series come back, but the show got put in terrible timeslots and was cancelled unceremoniously despite the fact the fans want to see the show continue!
Ikr is loke a self fulfilling prophecy, they become like babies who are focused on being right than in actually making money
Like they aren't even trying, jerks
And all the sitcoms are basically the same thing over and over again

Alex definitely wants to tell more Gravity Falls stories.
But according to him, Disney just wants more of Dipper and Mabel, which to him their stories is done, and I agree.

I watched it because of that and cause it was created by p&f creators

I can kind of see it from both sides when it comes to time slots.
- You can't fit the same series in the same slot, unless you have multiple channels. _Which they tried, but it didn't do as well._
_A possible fix to this would be like you said, have those channels on the same package instead of separate._
- Another way would be to make the time slots random to what series goes in. _Downside to this is that you might confuse your audience that's expecting a certain show._
_But `Guide` is pretty good at showing future aired shows. Although I guess time consuming to do it every time._

Melissa is everything I wanted to be as a teenager girl, smart, witty and confident within myself.
cool pfp
The mention of "Randy Cunningham 9th grade ninja" stirred deep deep memories from 14yr old me. It really was a good show ngl. Still waiting for s3
Disney dont want well written gay characters they want gay characters nobody ask 4
Disney doesn't want to anger China, apparently.
@@MarkelScott100 apparemtly it might be because of merchandising reasons, or ths lack of in regards to it.
Similar reasons for Infinity Train.
Disney didn’t care about the show and tbh, it didn’t have its own identity since characters from P&F keep showing up. It was just a show where beloved old characters show up and get disappointed when they didn’t. The characters didn’t make an impact to be cared for themselves
MatPat showing up in the middle totally caught me off guard
Melissa is my favorite character, she's a lot of fun
i hate how disney has to cancel its best shows
They just need to figure out how to redefine "success" in the age of streaming imo
I really loved this one. Especially the crossovers. It’s really well written, and never got boring. It even had a good long term plot.
MML was amazing. I really loved the overarching story and wackyness of the story.
Milo Murphy's Law is finally returning for reruns on Disney XD this December!
I hope milo returns
in 2018 around halloween i was wondering what happened with the crossover i belive and was like huh i guess it was cancelled and kinda gave up on the show , glad i found your channel loved milo :D
I want MML to return but I honestly miss wander of yonder, it was one of those shows that has a special place in my heart when I was younger
I’m still mad that MML got shafted. Between getting stuck on DXD and then Doof being shoehorned into S2, the show deserved so much better.
Technically Doof being added was Dan and Swampy’s idea from the very beginning
After watching that video i just realized that season 2 isnt still in my country
i think the most shocking thing i heard in this video was the fact that picle and peanut lasted more than 1 season
🤣
Also In November 29th Of 2019, Disney Channel Aired Milo Murphy's Law For The Last Time, as I recoreded it on that date and I still Have it
It was sphere And loathing in outer space
Good to know! Sorry I didn't have that info in the video, I legit didn't think they did reruns after the initial airing
@@The2ndDimension I understand, they only aired it that one time after may from my knowledge, which is stupid.
Milo: "🎵 I'm not sitting here watching the World turn, you know I'd rather spin it. 🎵"
Disney: Sure. [Cancels MML]
THE FACT THAT I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT MML TODAY THEN THIS VIDEO WAS UPLOADED IS INSANE
SAME!!!!!!!!! Although I think about MML literally every single day so…
A couple years ago, someone on the Milo Murphy's Law amino somehow managed to get leaked versions of all the season 2 episodes before they came out, so that's how I experienced season 2
Morden cartoon companies seem to lose their way cartoon in the old days used to be for everyone in every age
Si cometieron el error que esta cometiendo marvel en este momento depender de los personajes viejos en vez de desarrollar a los nuevos
I wish this show was renewed for a 3rd season, despite getting high ratings for the Season 2 finale.
I love how they know Phinias and Ferb was a hit, but Disney won’t let them do Milo Murphy’s Law, that would be too much money for disney(sarcasm)
I miss this show so much I wish we could get a proper ending because it had a cliffhanger
