That is a 1959 Corsair, 2 Door Hardtop top of the line Edsel in 1959

Big Edsel fan here. Wished the shot of the data plate was clearer. From what I could make out was the first digit was B. And I know that the next 2 digdis are 9U. B=332 V8 9=1959 U= Louisville Kentucky Assembly plant. All 1959 and 1960 American Edsels were but there. Edsels were also built in Canada. But only in 1958 and 1959.
