Town of Salem 2 brings new roles, new features, and new life to the world of Salem and the social deduction genre. BetterTOS2 Mod adds 7 new roles and various new content such as Jackal , Auditor , Judge, Starspawn , Oracle and Inquisitor to enhance the TOS2 gameplay. And the mod also comes with various balance changes fixing what was problematic in vanilla,

Mighta typed it wrong. Meh.
Logic is that “L (evil)” doesn’t get called toxic because 1) it’s making fun of less people so they can’t fight the majority as well. 2) evils can’t ever fight that because then they just out themselves. 3) any rebuttal, valid or not, gets washed aside as “haha salty evil got caught lol.”
Town doesn’t have to worry about any of that, so they can push “L Town” as being rude much more easily.

@@soupy5890 I remember reading uploads would be sporadic due to Tuba working again but didn't look into details
@@soupy5890 Tuba got hired and worked on a massive in game balance update. Then, after a month, he left the company. Tuba said "it's ok, I wasn't fired, other things happened". I thought it was some kind of an internal drama, but no, it was ownership over the game was getting changed. The new company behind ToS2 hired Tuba again.

6 did bring up a good point at the end of the game... Death/Famine are such strong win cons, in a gamemode when they have four teammates, and even if town is correctly lynching every day they can just insta lose because of a buss.
I had a game(think it was triple trouble) where I was SC and managed to get a soul n1 due to luck(same target as coven), I had sheriff TT and berserker, on day 4 they just bussed each other and marshal's double trials were wasted and basically won for free, I feel like SC is too easy to win as with teammates
Especially unfair, since(I'm guessing) Pros in BTOS2 takes up the day's trial? A Pros+SC combo is bullshit if the death survives long enough to ascend. Just pros an inno as TT and you win via forced mislynch.
Maybe make Soul Collector an Apoc Role that only appears in All any or something, Warlock is a bit more balanced for Pandora TT

*Dreamlink* : Once per game you may use this ability on two players, including those on your team. Dreamlink works like a permanent transport between the two, swapping all feedback and targeting. Attacking, protecting, and astral abilities bypass Dreamlink, and all triggers, reveals, and lingering effects will apply on both of the linked players (with the exception of bread, stone, and hex). Note that if a spy bugged one of the players prior to the link, it will still trigger on that same player. Dreamlink lasts until one of the two linked players dies.

Genuine question, what's the difference between saying L Town and something like L Judge / other roles? Is it because it's more than one person?
It is context important. In this case padora outplayed town, just ran rings around 'em. Town didn't need salt on their open wound.
If say this was a closer game, where town got on the backfoot, found footing again and then lost. Yah L Town.
This is where toxic vs banter lies. It is a fine line, and requires a bit of social awareness.

Glad to see you calling out rudeness. Some games have really toxic communities and Town of Salem is one that can really easy end up very toxic, so having someone who is well-regarded in the community calling out such BS is a great thing. Please keep calling out toxicity, regardless of whether people win or lose.
So I don’t know if you’ve noticed but about half of the BTOS2 videos have everyone saying “L (evil)”
Explain why is it toxic? It is perhaps being a sore winner, but toxic?
