Hi sir we have installed finance software on server 2012 r2 n we hv some client users which must have to access to server to login the finance application.today we just reboot the router some clients lost their access.what could b the issue or should i change my server from worgroup to domain please suggest.even all users are able to ping the server in workgroup but all are nit abl to login but pinging is ok.
Hi Steve it could be many reasons, first check it other servers are fine, if all fiw then yes remove it from domain and re add it, make sure to login with local admin account to make sure you have access (admin access or you will be stuck). This should fix it back on domain thanks

New users need to access all they systems which are part of workgroup,? So need to create all the users in every Machines?
