That's his ex wife. They married and looked very happy together but unfortunately she was diagnosed with cancer and supposedly he left her because she wasn't as attractive as before (due to chemo). This happened like maybe 10 years ago? Well anyway, that's what she stated after the divorce, idk if he confirmed or denied it though.
I still love the song though lol, I work out to it everyday 😂

This song was a hit before the remix but it was a hit to the level of borro cassette, chantaje, la bicicleta, etc. & maybe even bit more successful but i have to admit i felt like the the success was going down around march but then the remix was becoming a hit, anyways i think luis fonsi has most of the credit, justin only made it a hit outside latin markets
