这种做酸梅蜜饯的方法是传统的方法了，第一次盐巴腌制去除苦涩味。第二次用糖腌制是为了酸甜平衡，蒸制会让梅子更金黄入味，反复腌制和蒸制就会达到理想的效果了。通常两次就好了，也可以三次四次，如果次数多了，蒸的时间要减少！

Buenas tardes casi noches 🤗 desde mi lindo Tepic Nayarit México, disfrutando un bonito video de la abuelita, uno de los estados de México, Hermosillo Sonora, se cosecha mucho albaricoque y se ve delicioso 😋 imagino los sabores, decía una mi madrina Mona, guarda los olores y los sabores, no le entendía, pero hoy a mis 56 años de pronto paso por alguna casa y percibo un olor y me recuerda algo agradable, así que viene a mi mente la primera vez que los comí, en conserva, pero se me antojan y que linda la peludita hoy no puede andar atrás de su humanita, tiene que cuidar las crías 🥰 saludos y bendiciones para todos.

I ve been a mass apricot producer of different varieties and I have never seen apricots with such different characteristics before. If it's actually apricot I would love to know which variety makes such unique apricots.
