That's cool! I knew that Nights and Lights were two different varieties of Fury, but I did not know that the Light variant was adapted for living in the cave world. It makes total sense, even the coloration--animals that don't receive much sunlight don't bother with as much pigmentation that would protect them from sunlight because they don't need it.

Especially due to the fact that i've been a fan since the first movie. And rewatching it constantly, making me go through a emotional rollercoaster, once the last movie finished, and the credits started, i teared up. It just- it just made me cry, because this whole movies, i've watched endelessly, living for the movies, and being such a fan for these movies. It just made me cry. It was my goodbye, and honestly, it would be a lie if i didn't say that i was smiling, tearing up and standing there, in the cinema, watching the screen, dying inside.

One over thing I find weird about this movie is that the only other people who know where all the dragons and hiccup are is the villains and they all die at the end
From all of the older series and movies, I'm pretty sure that there was only 2 or 3 other places that even knew about Berk in the first place, and most of them owned very few dragons, if any. Most of the other viking people ever shown mostly used ships and hunted or worshipped dragons. Most never actually used them.

Okay, so the answer to why Hiccup also turns invisible is because Toothless' scales turn reflective from the electrical charge, kind of a reverse of that crystal glass stuff you see in fancy bathrooms with the magic windows that cloud up when locked.

It's still theoretically survivable, but very unlikely. You can fall around 200 feet into the water and live, as long as you land correctly (Feet first, ankles locked together, arms crossed over your chest, hand clamped over your nose/mouth).
It's not quite like falling onto concrete, because after the impact, you start sinking. And while you can survive a fall from quite a long distance in the right posture, good luck swimming back to the surface with a broken leg.
