  • Another quest for WSOP Main Event gold starts with Day 1, as thousands of players get their journeys underway. Scotty Nguyen is featured along with Bobby Baldwin, while we see a royal flush go head to head with quads on one of the most memorable hands in poker history!
    Daniel Negreanu and Erick Lindgren take over the feature tables on Day 1b, with Vanessa Rousso and Kenny Tran in the mix. Off the felt, Negreanu squares off with Norman Chad as they step away from the Rio to play some hockey!
    Mike Matusow joins the action on Day 1c, along with Joe Hachem, Roberto Romanello, and segments about legendary gambler, Archie Karas and "using your one time!"
    Phil Ivey, Doyle Brunson, and Chuck Liddell get involved on Day 1d along with defending champion Jerry Yang. While Phil Laak makes an appearance in a very special outfit!

    PokerGO has to see that ESPN brought WSOP to a wider audience and should make more effort to get WSOP on mainstream media. The growth of poker needs the general public beyond poker players that the Main Event is exciting television. Free hours of each day's Main Event are not enough. We need characters created ad followed - not just pros commentating on pros.

    • @bentleykennedy-stone9184
      @bentleykennedy-stone9184 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      He actually said 1 in 2.7 bil is the odds of quad Aces losing to royal flush (not quads in general, which will be about 13 times more likely). But that number is incorrect. 1 in 2.7 bil is actually the odds of getting any specific poker hand in a specific flop-turn-river order with unspecified suits, because that's how many combinations of ordered hands there are. But combinations don't depend on order. Removing order, the odds of any specific hand (with unspecified suits) is 1 in 185 million. Since quad Aces + a royal flush is a specific hand, it's that likely.
