As recent as 3 years ago, David Shaw got so much love from the media for being such a great coach. Had him doing cohosting on espn during high profile games. But the whole time he was failing to meet expectations, especially once all of harbaughs players and people got out of there. He literally brought that program down the toilet yet for some reason you never hear anybody hold him responsible. Obviously I know he's not there this year but this has been the case for at least 5-6 years. He inherited a program winning 10-12 games a year his first year and then had them not even making a bowl his last few. Not to mention thr pac 12 was as weak as ever during his last years too. He just sucks

It was zone defense. Receivers are taught to sit in the zones. Angeli read it as man-to-man defense and assumed Greathouse would continue with his route. These are things he hasn't had to think about in his blowout minutes.
