I was Just diagnosed nasopharyngeal cancer but I don't know what stage I'm at, I don't have a mass in my nasopharynx, perhaps a thickening of the tissues and swollen lymph nodes, I hope everything goes well

What will be the stage for lympnod less than 1 cm with no evidence of primary tumor....
first has to do FNAC of LN.
@@DrSujathasENTClasses MaM FNAC has been done and it suggested Metastatic Carcinoma... After that I was planned for Panendscopy and Biopsy have been taken from Right and left Fussa also from Nasopharyngeal Mass... After examination by histopathology all of them have found negative....Now what to do?
