Hello Doc. Im from Philippines. Im 29 yrs. Old.. Im suffering from hearing loss in my left ear and tinnitus also. My Ent Doc. Can't explain what cause or what is the findings. They just gave me antibiotics, tebokan and poly nerve. Dec. 11, 2021 i woke up i cannot hear and there is something fluid in my head moving. I do not what is it. Then icannot hear.. I cried alot. We decided to go the Hospital. 3 ENT Doctor in different hospital i already visit but they cannot explain what happening in my ear 😭😭😭 its been 11 months still i cannot hear . Tinnitus still here.. Please help me Doc. Thank you so much in advanced

Madam i have one rare case in ear...
Actually i have done Canal wall down Mastoidectomy...But Surgeon made a mistake during surgery..He mistakenly passed some bone Remnents in Eustachian tube orifies in middle ear..it got blocked in bony and cartilageous junction of eustachian tube and He packed my ear without taking it out...Since that operation i have been facing lot of pressure and Clicking,popping sounds when i swallow...Hearing loss and Negitive pressure in Ear and even i could not feel air entering through nasopharynx area of eustachian tube..In CT Scan it is imaging perfectly some thing is blockage in between eustachian tube..but no one seeing my hidden problem..That is what the condition iam facing still from 8 years..please give me Advice madam
Mam I have one epitrochlear lymph node on left hand . It's their from past 13 months . Their is no increase in it's size . I don't have fever , chills or night sweats . Should I now forget about it since more than a year has passed? It's size is equivalent to that of a pea . Size has neither increased nor decreased .
Don't worry, do masterly inactivity

Mam i was in a club last night …. I felt pain in both ears. … it was loud. Now its 26 hrs and i am hearing ringing since then !!!
No hearing loss as such … i had predisolone 40mg and dexa 8mg im inj.

I had hearing loss in 2017 and just after 2 days of this sudden loss I had vertigo.
And continued to had this vertigo after interval of 4 5 months and accompanied by vomiting lasting more than 30mins.
In 2018 I developed tinnitus and in 2020 the occurrence of tinnitus vertigo vomiting was at peak.
I consulted ents and today I had hearing loss and severe vertigo lasting just 15 sec.
I also had headaches especially around eyes and forehead and sides.
PTA 35-40db loss in left (constant)
Imp ok
Vamp - ok
MRI maxillary and anterior ethmoid
VNG done
Kindly guide me towards cure
History points towards Meniere's disease/Migraine , Is'nt it? Any other options?

earning?! Earning can be in terms of money, satisfaction,friendships etc etc, but all come to a single endpoint of happiness. You can earn as much as you can, but should be ready to work hard consistantly with determination. Good luck
