Solar companies are such a scam. Had a company tried to pressure sell me solar panel install with no batteries cost was upwards of $80k for a 4KV system... That was 12x 340W solar cells and a inverter and a transfer switch and installation. I priced the same panels for $300 each with a built in micro controller and on Ali I found the same full system for $3300 (same hardware). So the installation is over $75,000 for less then a day's work? Even if they charged 3x for the hardware... They are charging for installation for $60,000+ Crazy!!!!. Government needs to come in and control the scams and blatant ripoff. Not doing Solar till I find my own installers or I do it my self.... WARNING TO OTHERS!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF COMPANIES!!!! They will own your home if you dont pay them for 3 months for any reason even if the system dosent work (Its in there contract)

The second you invite any government agency to participate, the market gets manipulated, and prices increase. I am pro-solar in case you were wondering.
